This house was so beautiful, clean, convenient and well thought in terms of accommodation and supplies (dishes, towels, beach towels, beach chairs etc etc). Location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. The top terrace was such an experience. We would definitely come back!!

Great Location

Our family of 15, with 7 children 8 and under stayed in July 2023. This was the perfect location being so close to the community pool and short walk to the beach. No need to even use the tram system. It had everything we needed.

Stunning

This property by far exceeded our expectations! Property is perfectly located and walkable to everything! We loved rosemary and alys beach! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Lisa was great and answered all of our questions quickly. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great Family House

We are recently retired & stayed with our 3 adult daughters, 3 son-in-laws & 6 grandchildren ages newborn to 7 years old. We had plenty of room for all. We enjoyed the upper covered patio & the spacious front porch. Ech couple had their own room & bathroom & the kids loved their bunk room. The bracelets needed for tram, beach, & pool were so easy to pick up from guest services - no lines, no fuss. We really loved everything about this beautiful house!

This house was beautiful inside and out. Very clean. There was plenty room for everyone and tons of kitchenware for cooking and serving. We all loved spending time on the upper deck with the great view and nice breeze. The location was perfect...an easy walk to the beach and very convenient to the pool. We would definitely book this house again.

Fall Break Haven

This home had it all. Well appointed for our family of 18. There is enough room to feel close, but enough area to get away from it all if need be. The rooftop deck was amazing! There are upgrades throughout and each bedroom is a master suite (at least it felt that way to us). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (we cooked every meal there for 7 days). We will stay here again (and again).

Hidden Gem on 30a

If you are considering booking the Ziggy Starfish don't hesitate and just book! The house was incredibly spacious and close to everything. We were a quick 5 minute bike to all the best shops and restaurants and you couldn't beat the pool being across the street and the beach only a few minutes walk away. Lisa and Tammi were both incredibly responsive and we are already planning our next trip to 30a - this is definitely a trip to remember and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect place to stay for our group of 15 (we could have had even more people stay with us if we wanted!).

Spacious Home, Great Location!

We absolutely loved here, it fit our 3 family group comfortably. The property is directly across from the awesome resort style pool and just minutes from the beach and cute shops. The bikes available were a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the rooftop deck was a great place to end the evenings. Communication with Lisa was always fast and helpful. All around excellent house!

Exactly what we needed!

The space was excellent with huge gathering rooms big enough for our entire party to be in one room and not feel cramped. The home was stocked with so many things already. Walk to the beach is super quick and the pool is literally eight across the street. Convenient to walk to RoseMary for dinner or hop in the car and a short ride to Seacrest (although we all agree this area is so much prettier and has more to offer than Seacrest). Home owners were very prompt in answering all of our questions and helpful before coming in giving recommendations. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Vacation home, easy, 3 min walk to the beach!

We had a large group of parents and kids. The 3rd floor outdoor living area plus regular main floor large living area and 2nd floor area helped us all spread out when they wanted to. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location is really so nice. You can walk/bike to Rosemary in just a few minutes. Lisa was very responsive and helpful answering our questions before we arrived. One of the best vaca homes we’ve stayed in.

Amazing house!

This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at! Great location with the pool right out the front door. Tons of places to eat within walking distance and the beach was right across the street! We will be back very soon!

Beautiful and spacious. The online pictures don’t do this home justice. Definitely has a WOW factor! Plenty of room for multiple families and kids. Excellent location.

Brand New and Well done!

This house is so well done for families on vacation. Seems like they have thought of everything. We had 3 families with teens and were all very comfortable. The house was super clean, brand new and well stocked. The 3rd floor patio is a great space! The location is very nice - an easy walk to the beach or Into Seacrest/Rosemary. The pool is just out the front door. Communicating with Lisa was easy and responsive.. We had a great trip and would stay here again!
