Designed to draw the outdoors in with expansive views, this 3BR/4BA Apex home offers direct ski in/out access to the slopes!

Recently updated with all new furnishings and decor by local design firm Hughen House!

Incredible views, easy ski in/out access and top notch amenities - this residence is the perfect choice for your mountain stay!

Your stay at the Apex includes access to the Apex Clubhouse, with state-of-the-art fitness center,
heated pool, game room, steam room, sauna and treatment room, as well as dedicated garage parking for one car (additional first-come first serve guest spots are available in the garage as well).

Getting Around:
You have several options for getting around during your stay. There are plenty of Uber and Lyfts in Park City, and Main Street is usually a 10 minute drive, or $10-15 Uber ride. The Apex also offers free shuttle service within the Canyons Village through the Canyons Village Connect app (winter only).

Modern comfort on the slopes

Loved our stay. Ski in /ski out is super easy. Could literally ski in after a long day and jump in the hot tub. All the conveniences were provided as well. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc
Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at The Apex residences & we won’t stay anywhere else in Park City. The convenience of ski in/out is awesome & we love the new & modern aesthetics of the condo.

Great house.

Love Apex. It makes the end of the day soo easy. Just ski up to the back door and that’s it. This is a great condo with a good view and very easy ski in/out.

Excellent location

Really nice place. Well equipped. beds comfortable. Hot tub a big plus. convenient to slopes - true ski in/out. living room furniture not the most comfortable and accomodating.

Great Location with Plenty of Space

Very easy access to the condo via the garage with a door right by your car, easy access to the slopes and plenty of space with 3 levels and 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a well appointed kitchen. Great for families. Only issue is the three stairs which can be exhausting if you forget something. In addition, there were two large holes in the ceiling from prior leaks that wasn't fixed. Otherwise property was excellent.

July 2021 in Park City

The condo was just perfect for us. Our grandchildren, who live in Park City, loved spending time with us and using the pool and game room. We hope to return next summer.
