Magical Family Villa near Disney w/Waterpark

Welcome to Sunshine Memories Villa, where you will have an amazing vacation enjoying all that the Orlando area has to offer. Our 5-bedroom 5-bathroom villa is located less than 10 minutes away from Disney in the beautiful gated resort of Windsor Hills. As you step inside the foyer of your vacation home after a long day of traveling or enjoying the area, you will relax in your home away from home. We have upgraded and updated the house so that you can feel quite comfortable during your vacation from start to finish.

LOCATION

Our villa is located in Windsor Hills on a quiet street away from the main drag, directly across from a park with a playground ideal for young children, and is within short walking distance to the Windsor Hills Clubhouse - the heart of the resort. There you will find a large community pool, two large waterslides, a movie screening room, an arcade, a fitness center, and sundries shop. Ample parking is available for those who wish to drive over. Also nearby, there is a fun playground for the big kids, and a beautiful recreation area including tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts - great for those with active lifestyles or want a little competition during their holiday!

Please be advised that the community pool and community hot tub are scheduled to be closed September 5 to October 6, 2024 for general maintenance. Sir Aqua Adventure waterpark will remain open. Should you have any questions about this scheduled closure please reach out.

POOL AND SPA

From the living room, there is a large sliding glass door that leads to the screened-in pool area. Sit back and relax on one of the sun-loungers, or enjoy a meal poolside with the outdoor dishes provided. After all, what is a Florida vacation without spending some time enjoying the sunshine?

For the safety of all the children with you, there is a child fence around the pool.

Pool and spa heating is complimentary for our guests.

EAT-IN KITCHEN AND FORMAL DINING ROOM

The kitchen area provides ample space to prepare on-the-go meals to bring to the many nearby area attractions, saving your family money that can be used towards vacation fun! The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances - a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and stove with oven. There are numerous small appliances including digital coffee maker, blender, Mickey Mouse toaster (which makes toast with a Mickey stamp on it :)), Mickey Mouse waffle maker (which makes Mickey shaped waffles!), slow cooker, rice cooker, kettle and lots more. Those who love to cook will appreciate enough cookware, dishes, flatware and bakeware to prepare a feast for the entire family. Also included are colorful dishes, cups, bowls and cutlery for your little ones. Within the kitchen you will also find a breakfast table with seating for four at the window looking out on the front of the property into the lovely park and playground area.

Planning a more formal meal? There is an elegant dining area with seating for six. A pass-through from the kitchen makes it so easy to serve the delicious meal you've prepared.

LIVING ROOM

The living room provides ample seating space, and features a flat screen 60-inch Samsung SMART TV paired with a crisp sound bar which is great for movies. Watch cable television at your leisure, tune in to Disney+ for great movies and kids content, or connect your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts to immerse yourself in all of your favorite content. Keep the kids entertained with a DVD player and a selection of movies to choose from. Just be careful not to wake your family with your late night binge watching …..

TWO MAIN FLOOR KING MASTER SUITES

On the ground level, there are two beautiful pool-facing Master King Suites, each with a flat screen TV to enjoy evenings watching movies in bed, or drifting off to sleep to content from your own accounts. These rooms are perfect for those who don't like stairs. Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, featuring dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet to store all of your clothes and suitcases.

TWO THEMED BEDROOMS

What could be more perfect for the youngsters - and the young at heart - than two bedrooms themed bedrooms with amazing ensuite bathrooms? With two twin beds each, these kids' rooms will be the cherry on top of a magical family vacation. The main level houses our own little World of Harry Potter, sure to cast a spell over any wizard in the family. Upstairs, Frozen fans will live in their own little corner of Arendelle. Kids can watch their favorite shows and movies on a TV in each room. Brush your teeth, take a nice shower, or even have a bath in the adjoining bathroom.

UPSTAIRS KING BEDROOM

Located upstairs, a lovely room with a king-size bed is perfect for relaxation. Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom, and if you like, enjoy a bubble bath with a nice book away from the rest of the family.

GAME ROOM

Step into your gaming paradise where the kids and the entire family will enjoy your own games room. Equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, ping pong, a mini-basketball game, and a flat screen TV with PlayStation gaming console, this is a lively spot to hang out during your stay.

We're parents, too. We know first-hand just how difficult it can be to travel a long way with all of the stuff that small kids need. We've got it all for you at the villa, so you can lighten your load. Upon arrival, you'll be pleased to find:

✓ We've provided convenient access to a USB charging stations with plugs near every bed. Keep your device nearby. Gone are the days of fumbling around before bed looking for a way to juice up your phone and tablet overnight.

✓ All seven TVs in the villa are streaming-enabled, so you can catch your favorite shows on Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and so on, all throughout the villa.

✓ Disney+ and ESPN+ are included complimentary on every TV in the villa.

✓ Spectrum Cable TV programming is available on each TV through Roku. For those who prefer the old-school way, an HD Cable TV box is included in the Living Room. Enjoy sports, entertainment, news and lifestyle programming throughout the villa.

✓ We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, in case you don't want to travel with yours.

✓ We have a large full-size washer and dryer together with an iron and ironing board, located in the Games Room

✓ Did somebody get a boo-boo? There's a first aid kit in the kitchen

✓ There's a hairdryer in every bathroom.

✓ Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every guest. We also have beach towels for your use at the pool.

✓ Our villa is equipped with a high security number lock which provides keyless access to the inside. Don't worry about losing a key while out and about.

✓ We provide enough consumables to get you through a few days. There's nothing worse than having to rush out to the store to buy household items right after you arrive. Relax! We've got you covered!

Lastly, we have high standards for cleanliness in our villa. We work with only the best professional cleaners to keep everything in great shape for you. Our man on the scene also inspects the villa before each guest arrives to prepare for your arrival.
