Host was super responsive! The community was very well kept, shared pool area was great, as well as the private pool at the house. Overall, it was a great option! I do think the home needs some overall updates.

Great for a large group / family and good location

We were a family of 10 (6 adults & 4 young children) staying at this property. One of the main reasons for choosing it was for the location which was just perfect. The property itself was clean and homely and very well equipped, there was nothing we needed that it did not have. The games room provided us with a room for the early rising young children to remain quiet and the layout of the bedrooms suited us with adult rooms next to the children’s rooms which enabled us to keep the families near each other. The themed rooms add a lovely touch and all the children were excited to be sleeping in them.We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we paid the extra to have the pool heating due to the time of year so this made it much more enjoyable to use. The alarmed patio door leading to the pool with security net gave us peace of mind with little ones around. The gated complex security made us feel safe and the club house and communial pool facilities was a great additional benefit which we would recommend, it gave us a real holiday vibe with music round the pool etc. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. We didn’t experience any problems and Benjamin was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we asked him.

The home was exactly as described, and fit our needs above expectations. The best amenities were the pool and hot tub which the children enjoyed thoroughly even more than the parks. Will certainly book again.

Perfect place for my family of 12

The house was exactly as the posting said! Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood! The water park in the neighborhood was perfect as well! Walmart being 5 mins away was a plus to go get groceries!

Great place

Everything we needed was at this house. It was very close to Disney, the parks and pool was great. They also had a bit of extra stuff that we needed and later we went to but what we needed. I highly recommend this home for families.

Nice place to stay

We loved our stay at this home plenty of room for everybody. Nice pool nice hot tub. Would have been nice to have a few cleaning Supplies. We flew from far away and were not able to bring cleaning supplies. When we arrived, only one bathroom had about a half a roll of toilet paper. There were seven of us. We had an order arriving from Walmart, which helped a lot. We would definitely recommend this home for a family stay.

Great location to Disney

Location is great. Traffic is not. First off Allie was our contact and was great. Prompt replys and did everything to make our stay great. There were ants in kitchen dining and master bathroom. Took a couple of days after they put ant traps out. But hey that could happen at home. Huge help would be more info on Using the community pool. Again Allie helped

Great family vacation home.

The house was very nice needs a little updating. It was 2 story could not turn thermostat down below 72 which got a little warm upstairs. The hot tub is connected to the pool which I didn’t read the fine print so in order to use the hot tub it was additional cost. Overall we had a great time.

Excellent home, excellent location - Super clean!

This was an awesome rental for our almost week long vacation. Everything was super clean, the heated pool and jacuzzi were amazingly clean and large enough for our whole family. All the rooms were nice size, most with en suites and the kids loved the themes. Plenty of stuff to do in the house for a rainy day. Super close to Disney and most attractions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Great Family Home

The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The kids loved their themed bedrooms and the game room. Bedrooms were comfortable. First floor furniture is somewhat dated and may be time to upgrade. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances worked great. Overall, we had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the parks and the community pool and amenities.

The house was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Couple of things should be replaced - downstairs hair dryer did not work and brroom was broken. Had only 1 pod of laundry with me for a load of laundry. I feel if you want a load of laundry started it should be suppled. I could have done several loads with the time we had. Lastly, we were quite concerned to find full propane tanks in the laundry room closet…. Puts renters in harms way…its a dangerous situation. Maybe consider a new plan.

Wonderful house!

My family stayed 2 weeks at the end of february. We had 5 adults and 5 children. We all loved the house and truly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all, and lots to do too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Great Place to Stay for Disney

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children visiting Disney for 4 days. The location was great, but prepare yourself for traffic going to and from the parks every day. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and clubhouse facilities, and the house was everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly. Just a piece of advice, you have to have all of your drivers registered with the hosts before you can get past the guard shack. I failed to do this before the trip, so I had to sit outside the gate while the host put my info into the system. FYI there is a Wal Mart about a mile from the house which was very handy.
