This was my second time at this place. Love the location, the hosts are amazing and respond quickly - never had any issues just a question or 2, the place is spotless and always a wonderful time! Can't wait until next year!

Lovely property across from the park and Bay. Well stocked kitchen, clean, plenty of entertainment media. The futon in the main bedroom doesnt lie completely flat so a thermarest or other topper helps. Good communication with hosts. Parking off- street behind adjoining building keeps unobstructed view of the front. Great place.

It was a very nice place with all the amenities that we needed. Very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and we did a lot of walking across the street in the park that is next to the water.

Great location and sweet cottage

House was perfect location for our family for the playground and fun beach! House was stocked with tons of supplies. Great home to spend time to together as a family. Host were super responsive and WiFi was great.

Great location for us, pet friendly with a large park across the street, and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked- I had brought a few utensils and pans but didn’t need them. Host was very responsive, helpful, and kind. Cute, light-filled and comfortable little house that was perfect for the two of us and our dog.

Always an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. We had everything we needed and made good use of the park. I like the hardwood floors throughout and the new tall table.

Very clean and cozy. It did get a little cold in the house at night and early morning. Overall would stay again. Very centrally located to the areas we were hiking.

Great little getaway!

This was our first trip to the UP and it was fantastic! Cottage was clean, comfy and just as advertised. Took the drive up to Pictured Rocks and went on the boat tour...not to be missed! We enjoyed our short stay and will definitely be back!

A pleasant stay

This was our second stay here and we were happy to be there both times. It’s comfortable and relaxing the location is convenient to amenities yet quiet. Having the park and lake across the street is great. Owners and caretakers were attentive. We hope to stay again.

Excellent!

The Little Bay is a great place to relax and enjoy the UP in a small town setting. The views of Lake Michigan are fantastic. The house was well stocked and very comfortable.

Initially, we had problems getting into the cottage, but once we got in with Ron unlocking it remotely, everything was very good. We are very familiar with the area as my husband was born and raised in Gladstone. This cottage was perfectly located for what we were doing that weekend.

summer vacation stay

This cottage is the absolute perfect location for the beach 4th of july fireworks and parade. The playground and beach are across the street. It is very comfortable. We stayed for a month and had a great time.

Lovely place to relax!

This is a nice, quiet, and very clean rental. It is in a very pleasant location with a view of the lake. The breezes were very consistent and we did not need the air conditioning at all. Thanks Ron for a lovely stay.

Gladstone with the Michigan Grands

Cute, comfortable cottage close to our Michigan family. Beautiful weather and lots of fun things to do. Would love to come again, especially when it is so hot at our home in Florida.
