Enjoy a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room, and outdoor grill island—everything you need for a perfect vacation. Walk to the beach, golf, playgrounds, and sports courts, or grab a treat at the clubhouse. A true all-in-one getaway!

★ HEATED POOL - Pool is heated to 86 degrees and opens, weather permitting, late May and remains open until Oct 15th.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms each with a queen (sleeping 6 in total). In addition, 1 has a crib

Downstairs there are two bedrooms:
One bedroom has 2 full beds that are bunk beds as well as a single twin trundle bed (sleeping 5 people in the bunk room)
One bedroom has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, sleeping 3 people

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, living, and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.

We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.

Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.
