Pool was enjoyable kitchen utensils and pots dirty had to clean before using downstairs bedroom was damp and musty granddaughter developed cough and had to sleep with her mother up stairs all kitchen cabinets and bathroom doors were dirty in all the property needs a deep cleaning and painting throughout my family cleaned up the outside area with several tubs of branches and trash on the property

Front door filthy, inside and outside, paint peeling,Musty smelling inside, air filter for AC completely clogged, had to clean, could not adjustThermostat up or down, microwave handle almost falling off,Pool probably 10 inches low, 4 inches below skimmer, pool area, was never cleaned or organized from prior renter. Trash and bottles laying around property, like no one tendedTo the outside of house or pool area.Hoses scattered around. Garbage disposal doesn’t work, dishwasher opens directly in frontOf sink, poor placement. Laundry room, very cramped, when doors of washer or dryer open,They open opposite of each other, very hard to load and unload, poor directions on operationOf both. Stove is either on high or barely low, thermostat are not working, stove is a total joke,Very difficult to cook on. Pots and pans cheap junk.I would give the house overall 5/10 at best, outside area 4/10Pool needs a sunshade, pool temp 95, not exactly refreshingHand railings going up stairs or deteriorating and rusting.Beds in #1 and #2 very soft , sore back and neck, had to use bedroom #3, still marginal.Fan speed doesn’t adjust in bedroom #3; AC in bedroom #3 if inadequate, much coolerThan other roomsI owed 3 restaurants and 2 motels for 30 years, not a nutcase, just complaining,Someone needs to pay attention to this property Grade overall C-, would not rent again or recommend, sorry, just the truth

House is great, very close to Publix and Winn Dixie. Marathon is right in the middle of the keys, easy drive to Bahia Honda/ Lower Keys.We would stay again

The house was good, the beds were very comfortable! It did smell like animals though and we had to buy some air freshener and light bulbs that were out. The pool was good...they did have to send someone out to fix something that broken.Location is good.

Great location for Publix and Coastal Pizza. Yes it is about a 20-25 minute ride to the ocean but plenty of time to get your gear ready on the way out. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen has all the amenities and plenty of parking.

Family Trip

Very nice property with plenty of room for our family trip. The pool area and dock are great. Close to lots of great places to eat. We would definitely rent this house again!

Vacation paradise

Great place, well cared for vacation spot in Marathon. Convenient to every thing and a short drive to key west. Pool was heated and the tiki bar was perfect on those hot sunny days.
