It was a great week, although it did rain 3 days. It was fine though. Wanted a relaxing time and it was. It was a real nice way to celebrate my husbands birthday. He got to fish a couple days, and we got to go to Sombrero Beach a couple of days and of course sat by pool also.Loved the pool table.Manny was a great host. So easy to respond to a message.

Everything was perfect. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, pool and hot tub were delightful. We were sad to leave this beautiful home, it really added to our vacation in the Keys to make it exceptional.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were also well kept and the pool company was there 3 times during our stay to test the water and clean the pool. Seeing the manatees in the canal was amazing! We rented a boat and were able to dock it at the property which was very convenient. We also loved having an ice maker outside to fill our cooler each morning. Close to all major conveniences such as Publix, Walgreens, gas stations, etc. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay in the Keys.

The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean, and cozy. Great neighborhood, and neighbors! The weather couldn’t have been better.. We all enjoyed this stay very much. We would definitely return.

Wonderful home. It was a perfect fit for our group of 2 families. The home is well maintained, stocked and in a wonderful location and excellent WiFi. The canal provided easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic as well as a safe place to store our boat. We loved being able to keep our trailer at the home and have the commercial ice machine as well. The beds are comfortable, rooms are set up well and bathrooms are updated with great shower pressure. Our 7 and 13 year old enjoyed the pool table that converts to an air hockey table. Everyone enjoyed the pool and having the sun shade above. It really was a perfect home for the week with lots of great food options along with grocery stores just minutes away. We will certainly be back!

Excellent property! Great house for my wife and 2 kids, pool was great, location was superb for boating, came with all the floats for the pool, tools for cooking, restaurant style ice maker and big deep freezer outside to fill with bait/chum and ice everyday for the boat. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping stores within 5 minutes for anything you could need. Wish we could have stayed an extra week. Owners easy and prompt to reply to texts. Highly recommend

We have stayed here previously and wanted to go back. We brought our son and his family of four. The six of us had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are marvelous. The outside seating areas are very very nice. It’s very clean and well maintained. Love it. All six of us had a terrific time.

House was spotless! Great location right on a canal. The bathrooms were both recently redone and are beautiful with a rain head shower! We loved having our own private pool and hot tub! Had some Iguana friends visit on the dock a few times ! House was well equipped and worked perfectly for our multigenerational vacation! Location is perfect- only a hour to Key West. We loved Theater of the Seas and the turtle hospital! Great food at Burdines and at Robbie’s! Would definitely rent here again!

Family Vacation

We loved the house! It had everything that we needed and was in a great location! The private pool & hot tub was so nice to have and the ice maker was so convenient & worked perfectly! We would totally rent this house again.

Great home and our second time staying at this house - we love the pool and enjoyed using the canoes and only problem was ac was not working when we arrived but Manny did have someone fix in the next day

The house was well equipped and well laid out! Everything was updated nicely! The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. We bring in a 20Foot boat and hand plenty of room to dock and the fish cleaning station was impeccable! The commercial ice machine and deep chest freezer were a huge bonus as well.

Spring break

We loved the pool, fishing, kayaking, biking, relaxing and we saw the manatee everyday. We had awesome weather and loved staying at this house! Thank you!
