Welcome home to this beautiful, cozy, comfortable and tastefully decorated contemporary house in the desirable southwest Austin where you can relax inside and outside by the true private pool and a fully fenced backyard covered with mature oak trees’ shade in a quiet, well maintained and peaceful neighborhood.

The house is only 12 minute drive from downtown, 15 min to the airport, 10 min to Zilker park, 30 min to lake Travis Oasis/wineries , hill-country wedding venues and couple of mins to major shopping.

The two listed bedrooms include two super comfortable queen beds with memory foams, office chairs, desks, blackout-shades, desks, lamps, air filter machines and more.

Don't forget to Enjoy the exclusive private pool in the backyard! The two bedrooms include two queen beds with memory foams, office chairs, desks, night lamps, true HEPA air-filter machines and more. There is a full kitchen with new appliances and is fully stacked. Please enjoy the fast WIFI throughout the house.
The house is about 30 minutes to several wineries in the hill country and around lake Travis area as well. It has two chaise lounges by the pool, comfortable furniture in the living room, a full kitchen, dining table, Smart 65" brand new Samsung TV with all the popular TV and music apps such as Netflix, Amazon prime, HBO, Pandora, Hulu and more. Simply log in with your account to enjoy the apps. Some apps may already be logged in just as FYI.

Overall was a great stay. We are not use to a house without curtain, lol. It was very home like and the location was very peaceful. Great area where everything was close to everything we need to go and do. It was a great experience

Nice House in So Austin with pool

We stayed for four days to attend a HS graduation. The house was as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very clean and well equipped, and it was fun to hang around the pool. Communication with the owner was easy and he was responsive. Would highly recommend.

Cozy house just like the pictures show

The house worked well for us as two couples looking to visit south Austin. Very convenient location, comfy furniture and the host was easy to communicate with.

This is a perfect gate away in a safe and quiet neighborhood offering all you need to relax and enjoy your time in Austin. You are very close to major gorceries and outlet stores , shopping centers such as wholefoods, Costco, Target, Walmart, HEB, coffee shops, restaurants, TjMaxx, Nordstom, Macy's and many more. You have super easy access to major highways in Austin to get where you want to go fast and easy. You have from 12-15 minute drive to downtown Austin from my door and can get a ride share very easily in this neighborhood as well. There are also bus stops not far from my house just in case you like to use public transportation.
