The listing was exactly as stated, clean, quiet, and easily accessible. This unit is about 10 - 15 mins from the airport, but we prefer to be in a quiet section of the areas we visit, and this was perfect for us. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee beans and a grinder - I don't know the brand, but the coffee was pure joy to experience each morning! We would definitely return to this unit, and highly recommend it to anyone reading these reviews.

Loved our stay here. As fellow VRBO owners, we can be pretty picky. The place is huge. Everything you need is supplied. Very clean. The location couldn’t be better. Close to town but private. Loved the back patio and cooking out on the grill.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment near to activities and amenities like University of Alaska Large Animal Research tour, grocery store, airport etc. Dark enough you can see the aurora from the parking area at the front of the house! Great communication with the host, easy check in, and well equipped home.

The hosts have provided a wonderful home away from home for their guests. This home has an awesome layout and is unbelievably clean inside. Huge windows give you beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up nice meals. . .and again, the layout is perfect to have conversation in a pleasant space while putting things together in the kitchen.

This rental is a beautiful home, as pictured on VRBO site. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Great location for day trips around Fairbanks We have family in Fairbanks and will definitely look to rent here again.

Cute and handy

Stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the atmosphere greatly. The amenities were great and the beds super comfortable. Would stay again. Great base for exploring Fairbanks and area. Recommend the Gold Dredge 8 tour.

Beautiful home was warm and welcoming! It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Great location in quiet neighborhood. The views from the large glass living room windows and the patio were an added plus!

The Nottingham house was so much more than I expected. There was so much room for our family of 4. The decor was exquisite and featured beautiful pictures of the area. Every detail was covered that needed to be. Absolutely a very special place. We would highly recommend!
We had two home cooked meals while staying here. It was a treat with a very well stocked kitchen.

Great Property

This place was perfect for our stay and very well maintained and equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It is a great place for families and the walking/skiing trails around the house were a real benefit. You can ski down to the university which has a lot of nice groomed trails.

Amazing Place

What an amazing place to stay. They thought of everything you might need! Super clean and comfortable.We came to see the Northern Lights and got some fantastic views right in the front driveway!!!!Close to everything but still secluded. The owners were super easy to work with and very attentive.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

5 Adults Exploring Alaska

This property is beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was very comfortable for a group of 5 adults (2 couples and a single friend). The hosts responded quickly and were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
