Newer property, very clean. We appreciated the supply of towels. The bedrooms were perfect. They left snacks which we appreciated as we arrived late in the day. The communication was quick and precise. We really enjoyed our stay.

FANTASTIC place! We're going to stay here again! Everything about it was great! One small issue--maybe a fan for each bedroom? We shared a fan with 2 rooms and split it when one or the other would get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. But not annoying enough to affect your rating! Superb place for the price in a really nice neighborhood close to everything.

Great location. They responded quickly. Since it was so cold in Fairbanks the weekend we stayed the lock froze and they came out in 15 minutes to come fix it. Place was very clean and had everything you needed.

Very nice and comfortable. It was difficult getting thru the keypad door but managed. The shower on the laundry room feels like the bottom is not sealed down & is a bit wobbly could cause a fall. Recommend leaving a hand vacuum for sweeping up crumbs on hardwood. We only used 2 beds and pillows off all 3 beds. Only used shower in laundry room. Overall love the place & location.
