The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker and extra storage in the pantry area. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The bunk room door is a great feature that provides extra privacy. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bathroom off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub, and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower, garden tub and hairdryer, TV, and DVD player. There is a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
