This beautiful condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large patio with outdoor seating. This escapade is decorated with warm tones of greens and reds and offers many amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. It also has a quaint dining nook with seating. This lovely condo offers a full bath with a stand-up shower, as well as a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a sofa, a TV, and a DVD player.

Things to Know
Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.

Great property!!!!

We love staying at Waterscape. They have amazing pools and you can walk straight onto beach from pool area. This unit came with two chairs and a beach umbrella through the service on the beach. That’s a huge savings. The unit was nice. Had everything we needed. This property is within walking distance of so many restaurants. If booking this property I would go through Vacasa directly and skip paying the 95 VRBO fee plus the Vacasa fee. VRBO did nothing for this reservation. All communication and management happened through Vacasa. And they don’t let you use your VRBO cash towards this property.

Perfect rental for a family of four!

This property was the perfect size for us and our two boys. Everything was clean and well maintained. The convenience of being right on the beach along with the lazy river and pool was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Vacay with family

We had a great time with our two kids (9 & 6). They loved the bunk beds! Had a view of the gulf and the pool. Will definitely come back, don’t want to leave.

Liked the location of this unit, easy to access everything. bed was comfortable. Needed a new toaster and was brought up right away. only thing and it was a small issue, both vanity drains were slow to empty.

Waterscape handicap room

Not big enough for a wheelchair . Had to move furniture around in bathroom so he could get to toilet , which did have bars on the wall for safety . The dishwasher did not work and maintenance did not know how to fix . The lip on the sliding doors was too high up to go across with wheelchair, we had to lift up the whole wheelchair and my son to get him over . The palm tree blocked a lot of the view . The ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom. Not enough pillows and they were very uncomfortable. The main reason we booked a stay at waterscape was the handicap lifts , but the did not work. After hours of trying they finally got one working. Then it was too late , my son was too hot by then and had to go back to the room . A lot has changed since my last stay there 6 years ago , not sure I’d go back .

Great trip

This is our 4th stay at this resort. The unit was as described, clean, easy check in process, and good communication leading into and through the stay. Fun was had by all.

Great location, resort and unit!

We felt like we hit the jackpot with this great unit. We had to book last minute due to Hurricane Fiona impacting our Dominican vacation that we had planned for months. The resort is very special and has so many amenities on site. It's a busy, family filled resort with lots of life and activity but once you close the balcony doors, you are a world away from the excitement and fun and able to enjoy quiet family time. Absolutely loved the beach chairs and umbrella service that came with the unit. Honestly it was really fabulous all the way around.

Overall great place to stay

This is our second time staying at this location (but different unit.). This unit is in a great location. It is right in the middle of the complex, so we had a great view of pool, could see the ocean, not too far from parking garage, close to elevator and trash chute. Great view of the fireworks. The condo itself was nice and clean. However, bedroom ceiling fan was not working (light worked but fan did not circulate). Bedroom bath ventilation fan also did not work. (Walls were dripping with moisture after a brief shower). Main bathroom fan did work, but moisture still dripped from it if it wasn’t running. Pretty much had everything we needed but I didn’t realize we would need to provide coffee filters for the coffee pot. The broom really needs to be replaced as it was extremely worn. Not a fan of the silicone pot holders. Grateful for the selection of pots and pans as it allowed us to cook several meals instead of going out. Bunk beds were nice for the kids, couch and chair were comfy. Large king bed was a little on the soft side but we still slept well. Good selection of games and puzzles. Would probably consider staying in same unit again.

Not correct listing

The property was ok. Could have been cleaner but the pools were nice and so was the beach. Our particular rental listing stated that we would get one hour per day of use of a beach item such as a wake board or kayak. When we went to get these items we were told they were $28 per day. We told the rental company of the issue and they refunded us for two days. They said they would check with the owner and either fix the issue or refund the difference. After checking on this many times they did not refund three difference or fix the problem. I would definitely choose a different unit. They don’t seem to care about problem resolution. Imagine if this were a bigger issue. We would have received no help. In addition their were a few things about the unit that were run down. One of the ceiling fans did not work and it was difficult to get hot water in one of the showers. My advice is pick a different unit.

Great place

Last minute family vacation

Wonderful trip, awesome location. Room had almost everything we needed and was more quiet than we anticipated even during busy times. Can in the bedroom wasn’t working and wish there was some sort of stand up fan or box fan. Bunk beds and pull out worked great for the kids Master bedroom bed was just so-so. Overall couldn’t be the location and price.

Amazing!

The room is in the perfect location!! You are next to a elevator you look over the pool and can see the ocean from your balcony! It was clean and had everything you could need! We had two adults and two children and had plenty of room the whole time!
