This condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A414 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in rich earthy tones this home is beautiful with design appropriate artwork and furnishings. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Love Waterscape!

Great views of the pool area and ocean. Condo was decorated perfect for an ocean visit. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our visit

Great condo with wonderful view!! Would suggest then adding oven mits and fixing dry or get a new one. Make sure you bring extra TP, paper towels, shampoo, and trash bags…you get the same amount whether you are staying 3 days or 7 days. But other than that…fantastic due to amenities of resort. Beds are comfortable

Great view. Spacious condo. Would stay again. Large pool area and included beach chair set up was nice. Parking on same floor was very convenient. Kitchen was good but lacking a few things…large skillet and cookie sheet. Definitely recommend this condo.

Waterscape needs to be updated

We have been coming to Waterscape for years (7 to be exact) and I am unsure if we will return. Let me just say, we have always loved this property and normally rent from single owners. This time we rented w Vacasa and the condo was in need of some updates. Very slim as far as kitchen supplies go. Bare minimum at best. Bedding was definitely cheap and I think our bedspread was actually a shower curtain. Much different from the condos we have rented in the past. The grounds are definitely in need of some upkeep and it doesn’t seem that the current property manager has kept up. Concrete steps falling apart, smelly hallways, desperate need of paint refresh and patio furniture needs to be replaced. The hot tub was closed half the time and what happened to the adults only hot tub? Also, not a fan of the beach staff charging to be closer to the ocean! You can’t even sit there without paying when they are empty at end of day! Very sad considering we have loved bringing our friends and family here over the years, but prices have gone up here while the property has gone down. Hopeful some updates will be made and issues addressed ! We would return. Great location and very, very family friendly.

More like a hotel but not well stocked, good nearby restaurants, not a fan of this beach area

This was definitely a hotel like feel, as opposed to a privately owned family condo. The condo was very minimal and missing several items we expected. We flew in from out of state so only had our suitcases. I noted these missing items in text to the property manager but did not ask for these as we had a short weekend trip. Missing: all pantry staples like salt and pepper, cookie sheets, oven mitts, only 3 or 4 cereal bowls, kitchen towels (1 paper towel roll incl), tissues, no local info on attractions or restaurants, no clocks in bedrooms, only one lounge chair on balcony. The kitchen and dining area lighting are far too harsh. Oven door broken. Master shower door broken. Pools were crowded as expected. There is loud pool noise at night as it doesn't close until 10. The sand was nice and soft, but the incline at the water line made it difficult to walk in the surf and there were no shells. Very crowded beach with all the chairs they put out, and always smelled like cig smoke whereever we tried to sit. Overall we made the best of things and had a good trip. Stewbys Seafood was awesome. Gulfarium was good, def recommend. Rockin Tacos was good also. Did not care for the pizza at Fubar, burned and not tasty at all.

Great Location for all inclusive beach condo!

The facility is right next to the beach and has the bonus of multiple swimming pools, a lazy river, and free rental of beach chairs and umbrella. The facility is very clean, well kept, and updated. If coming out this way, I would stay there again.

Waterscape Resort Vacation

We loved the Waterscape Resort. The amenities were fantastic. The public areas and restrooms were kept clean, even with the crowds. The food at the Tiki Hut was delicious and reasonably priced. We had everything right there and did not ever have to leave. We will definitely be returning to Waterscape Resort in the future.

Great location

We have stayed at Waterscape almost yearly for the past 10 years. It continues to be a favorite for my family. The location is fantastic, pools are great, beach is beautiful. Not five stars because the dryer in our unit did not work (management was responsive once it was discovered but could not be immediately fixed) and there are some normal wear and tear issues that could be updated, but overall it was great. Highly recommended!

The resort is amazing!

The resort is so nice! My kids had a blast. The room definitely needs some updating and work especially for the price paid…. The master bath faucet is broken, the light in the bunk area doesn’t work, the dryer sounded squeaked so bad we couldn’t use it for 3 days. Finally got someone to fix it on day 3. The couch bed had a blood stain on it. One of the balcony chairs are broken. The second room closet door is broken. Great view from balcony and the beach is gorgeous. I wouldn’t recommend this room- but I would recommend the resort!

Waterscape A414

Very mixed bag staying in this room and at Waterscape. Loved - The view was fantastic, location was great. The room was big and clean enough to stay in. The resort itself was very clean and the beach is amazing. Didn’t love - Location. The resort is right across from a rundown liquor store and a Gentlemen’s Club. In general, this particular area of Fort Walton Beach didn’t feel very clean or safe outside Waterscape. I felt like I needed to keep an extra close eye on our teenage kids at night or when they left the pool/beach area. The room itself. A414 is in a great location and has an amazing view. The room itself is DEFINITELY in need of some updates and repairs. The dryer makes a horrible screeching sound (you cannot run it when you’re in the room), and when we ran it when we were out it did not dry our clothes at all. This makes the washer/dryer an unusable amenity. The couches have stains that look like big wet spots. The lock on the door to the balcony from the queen bedroom was extremely difficult to use. The patio door screen in the master bedroom has several huge holes. Looks like it has been cut. The oven takes over half an hour to preheat. The property description says shampoo and conditioner are provided but they are not (front desk verified this). In general, the unit is outdated. Things to note: you are not provided with beach towels or toilet paper if you run out (you’re given one roll per bathroom).

We loved it!

Waterescape is a great place to bring your family specially if you have kids! It has 2 pools (one is heated) a lazy River and a water splash pool and play area for toodlers. The beach is great with plenty of chairs and umbrellas, very clean and safe!. Our condo was very spacious and clean, great view of the ocean and pools! We will be coming back !

Spring Break getaway!!

We enjoyed staying at Waterscape, it was clean, the staff was very nice and friendly,, we did encounter some difficulties working the TV’s to many remotes and couldn’t get the tv in one room to work at all. Other than the unit we stay in needed some updated furniture, the sofa you could almost feel the springs coming through,, But overall, we would definitely stay again and recommend others. Reservations and checkout was great!! Very kid friendly!! Thank you Waterscape for a great vacation!!!
