This seventh-floor condo is comfortably decorated and located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views of the emerald waters and directly above the pool. The sizable balcony offers plenty of room for sitting and enjoying the view. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and a dishwasher. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom features a DVD Player for guest comfort. This condominium is equipped with a washer and dryer, and all linens and towel are provided for your convenience.

Spacious condo with a great location

We loved our stay at this condo! Nicely decorated and had a great layout. Location was great as were the views from the large patio! Pool was a nice bonus as it was very large with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. I’ll stay here again!

We loved it

Great view & lots of room!!

Amazing view!! Lots of space on the porch which was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the beach! Very clean! Right by the entrance to beach, great beach service included. Definitely recommend!

Islander 7006 Great time

Quiet property, easy to get around. Beach access is awesome very short walk. Chairs and umbrella is a plus. Large unloading area with carts to haul your belongings. The room itself was up to date with everything that is needed. Comfortable with most everything you need to get your week started. Staff was supper friendly.

Awesome views and on the beach!

The Perfect Getaway Spot

This property was absolutely perfect!! The check in and check out process was super easy!! The condo was extremely clean and has the best view. We love Fort Walton because it seems less crowded and the beach is really clean. We also loved having access to the pool since 2 of the 3 days that we were there we weren't able to get into the ocean because of hazardous conditions. Also everyone there was super friendly!! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again next year!!

Great place to stay and clean!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the cleanest complex that we had ever stayed at. They was nice and neat. The furniture we found could be more comfortable. We releaize in the summertime your not in much but in the wintertime comfy furniture is a plus. All in all it is great place to stay and we look forward to the next time.

Minor Issues

The only issues were that the kitchen lighting was awkward for cooking. The dining table and chairs had loose legs. Both issues were easily lived with. We had a great stay!

You need to stay here!!

The location is fantastic! There is grocery shopping and restaurants nearby (try Stewby's Seafood - you will not be disappointed). There are these handy carts available to help you get all your stuff moved into the condo. Plenty of parking also. And then you enter the condo - what a view!! Nice wide balcony with plenty of seating overlooking the pool and the gorgeous beach. The furniture was quite comfortable with a nice firm mattress in the main bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked (could use a Keurig coffee maker though). The only bad thing was eventually we had to leave. Would definitely return to this condo!

Perfect view

Very nice area, balcony view and chairs perfect. For the most part very clean, sofa has stains that really needs attention and the little motion night lights on the wall….didn’t help with sleep. Not walking distance to restaurants If that’s what your looking for. Would have no problem staying in the unit again. Staff was very pleasant

Perfect Getaway

We were notified that our room was ready a little early and we were sent a code to access the room. Our room was super clean and very well stocked. The view was amazing and beautiful. Easy walk to the beach, and it was nice having an umbrella and chairs already put out. Just FYI-some umbrellas were already marked as “reserved,” and we had to be on the beach while they were being put out to claim one not already reserved. We were told the available ones were picked on a first come, first served basis. We loved watching so many different fireworks displays from the balcony. The building was very quiet and peaceful, no rowdy crowds while we were there, very good for having the kids with us. We enjoyed our stay very much, and plan on staying here again!

The resort is FANTASTIC the beds…not so much

This resort was super easy to locate and is in a fantastic location right on the beach, literally steps away. They offered beach service daily which provided an umbrella and two chairs. The front office staff was incredibly kind and professional. We loved the spacious condo and loved being on the 7th floor. We enjoy the balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. We utilized the pool more than once since it was a nice respite from the cold ocean water. The only thing that made our stay not the absolute best were the beds. The king size bed for myself and my husband was extremely uncomfortable. We had to switch positions through the night and it was so creaky and loud we would wake each other up. We ended up leaving a day early than originally planned because we couldn’t fathom sleeping another night there. On a side note, there was also some type of motion-sensor nightlight in our room. Every time we had to change positions in bed the light would illuminate. Kind of annoying. Our kids enjoyed the resort. They likely slept fine as kids often do.

Has Potential to be great

The view and location were great, the bed comfortable and the step in shower in the master was ideal for someone like me with back issues. However the unit has some issues. The coffee maker quit working on day two but was quickly replaced by the property manager. The sofa and chair have a lot if stains on them despite having had them cleaned twice this season, per the property manager. The washing machine left rust stains that won't come out on some of our clothes and towels. The unit needs a thorough cleaning, walls, cabinets and baseboards wiped down. The property manager was very responsive and assured me that it's not Vacasa's usual m.o. and offered a partial refund as well as a discount on future stay. She was awesome. Having said all that it did not ruin our stay and we'll definitely rent through them again.

Super relaxing

The ocean view was so relaxing. The beds were so comfortable that we had no problem getting rest. We found the condo clean &adequately supplied with linens & kitchen appliances & dishes. The rooms were just the right size. Everything functioned appropriately The location provided for all our needs with only short drives. We had a very relaxing, stress free vacation. I would recommend this housing provider to everyone who wants a relaxing , comfortable vacation.
