PERFECT STAY

We stayed in June. This Condo was perfect for our family. Private parking, bottom floor, and just steps from the beach! Kim was great and responded super fast to a few questions I had. We WILL book this condo again!

Everything was fabulous. Cleanest rental property we have ever been at. Quiet beaches with a daily air show. Dog friendly too! Easy to contact property manager, and we got early check in. We WILL be back.

Sweet and Short

My family and I stayed here Memorial Weekend for a little getaway. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy. The beach was a short distance over the dune where two complimentary chairs with umbrella awaited you. Loved the quiet area even though is was nestled between two giant condominiums. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Springtime Weekend Stay

Best location on the island! The condo was perfect for our family's weekend stay. It was immaculate and comfortable, although we spent most of the time either on the beach or in the backyard (which are pretty much one and the same). We had a small issue getting the right door code initially, but Kim was easy to reach and got us squared away in no time. We'd love to come back!

Great communication! Clean. Kitchen updated. Could not see the ocean from the unit, but nice patio area and view of the dunes! Great grassy area for our small pet!

Love the location of this apartment!

Me and my family had a blast! Great location walk from the back door to the beach! If you want to cook the kitchen is well equipped. Great for a family get away. Publix is at 6 min and lots of restaurants nearby. They accept pets but pets are not allowed at the beach so may as well travel without them.

Cute condo and not a big high rise!!!

The condo is so cute and I love how it’s not in a big high rise building with lots of stairs and no where to park or far from your car. The condo was clean and I liked how large the kitchen and sitting area was. The condo is on the first floor and does not have a view of the water but the walkway is right there. Had a fabulous time.

Steps from the beach, very clean, close to restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked. We have stayed here many times and love this condo. We will be back again!

Beautiful beach area

Overall experience here was absolutely incredible 😁. The condo was bigger and better than i thought and had many upgrades. This place is quiet and in a small community. Vista Del Mar is a great pet friendly place. Kim, the Host, was great and the communication was wonderful. The only draw back was; I wished it was on the 2nd floor for the view. I will definitely return for another stay! 😁🏝️

This complex is one of a kind! It has only 9 condos and is at almost the very end of Okaloosa Island. It is SO close to the beach and you don't have to park and walk forever just to get to your room or the beach.

Because this complex is only 9 units and so close to the Air Force base, you are not surrounded by TONS of people. It's very quiet - yet still close to all the conveniences you need for a vacation.
