Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their grove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Located at the private end of the resort, this spacious one bedroom condo has views that display Kauai at its finest! The full kitchen will accommodate meal preparation and the BBQ area is quite close by! The large living area has a trundle bed (two twins) and the sofa also folds out into a queen sleeper. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cooler. The resort has many amenities to keep you busy some to include, on site bar/lounge, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fire pit arena, tennis courts and a fitness center. Furthermore the direct beach access is a bonus and is rare for Princeville complexes. Kauai is home to miles of amazing pristine beaches and a whole array of fun activities such as kayaking, golfing, zip lining, surfing, hiking and much more.

Great location

The condo was great and exactly as listed. Only room for improvement would be the trundle bed mattress was definitely worn out for an adult sleeper. Otherwise the views and unit couldn’t be better. Thank you so much!

Kauai Vacation 2025

Unit was great, very roomy for just the two of us. Although at the very end of the property the view was fabulous and really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony.

Nice setting. Uncomfortable Lanai Stools

Beautiful setting next to green belt. Roomy unit. Beautiful view and comfortable lounge chairs on Lanai, but high stools at table are hard to get onto an uncomfortable (all your weight is on your thighs. Pillows too soft for me. Nice kitchen and accessories. Not sure why there was another refrigerator in the living room.

Beautiful property

Loved our stay the property is beautiful the condo was lovely. The only complaint is that in the VRBO listing it was NOT clearly mentioned about the resort daily fees and the parking fees. Which ended up being an extra 300 dollars.

Perfect stay!

It was our second time renting this property as we love it so much! The unit is spacious and clean, resort has great amenities and views off the lanai are to die for. The local Pu’u Poa beach has amazing snorkeling as well.

Fabulous property with gorgeous vistas. Hanalei bay Beach was beautiful. Nice snorkeling and swimming. Room was very spacious and kitchen large and clean. Highly recommend and would come back here next time we come to Kauai. Loved it!!

Gorgeous Property!

This was our third time in this unit. It is in a quiet corner of the resort, very fairly priced, and the view is phenomenal. I had great communication with the property manager about a minor issue we had as well.

Great Location, Great View, Dated Interior

Condo is in the amazing Hanalei Bay Resort. Great amenities, pool, hot tubs, bbqs are all incredible. Unit has decent location and an amazing view. Interior is a bit 1980s hawaii dated... could use a a refresh! Q

View was just as beautiful as photos in listing!

Condo was as described, no surprises. Floors were sticky, probably due to the cleaning products. Bathroom fan wasn't working, unfortunately. ACs in both rooms did a good job of cooling us off. Condo is well stocked and ready for you to cook if you desire. This end of the island is absolutely beautiful! The perfect first half of our 10 days on Kauai. Mahalo!!

Great views from the property

Overall, we loved the condo. The location is amazing and has gorgeous views from the patio over Hanalei bay. The kitchen is a little outdated and needs some extra cleaning as well as the patio - the floor and the furniture was very dirty but was promptly taken care of the next day after we addressed the issue.
