This magnificent condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. A304 is beautifully decorated in tropical blues, yellows, and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

Location! Location! Location!

This room is located on the inside overlooking the water features, yet also very close to the beach. The photos posted from the balcony really do not do the views justice. We were able to enjoy Thursday night movie from our balcony. Elevator to access the pool was directly across from the room. We have stayed at Waterscape many times. This was by far our favorite unit to date!

Excellent unit, our 2 boys had a fantastic vacation

We really loved this place. Unit A304 was clean upon arrival with an EXCELLENT view. 10 steps from the elevator to pool/beach access but we still used the nearby stairs most of the time. Coastal Crib Rentals had our crib there before we arrived, no issues. Our experience was 10/10. Vacasa checked in with us to ensure things were going well which was nice. I like to leave some specifics in a review so here we go: beds were very soft. I usually prefer a more firm mattress but I slept well and never woke up with back pain to my surprise. The internet works great. I streamed Xbox Game Pass with zero issues/latency for anyone interested. Lastly, the second bedroom has a Samsung smart TV so that you can login to apps like Netflix/Disney+. However, this is not the case in the master bedroom and living room TVs. They utilize old school cable boxes. Just FYI, it did not detract from our experience. Will be back - thanks!

Great Stay

We enjoyed the condo and the property overall. Beautiful view from nearly everywhere in the condo!! Plenty of space. Nice furniture. It was the perfect space and layout for our family of six, and no one had to sleep on the couch! The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed the pools with lily pads for the kids to play on when we couldn’t swim at the beach.

Great unit with a view!

Love Waterscape! So family friendly, pools and amenities are great. First time in this unit and it is as pictured (with the exception of different patio furniture). Very clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach and pools. I appreciated having a Vacasa rep on site (during business hours) as they accepted deliveries and were available for questions/help! Would return to this unit again!

Overall a good expierence and excellent view!

Everything in the room was spotless and set up as it should be. The view is as good as it gets without paying the premium dollar for the big rooms at the end of the building. The washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen had the necessary things to grill out with (lots of grills on the property). The customer service was awesome and reached out to us a couple times to confirm we were happy. There was a small issue with the frame of the pull out sofa being pushed through and causing the sofa to not sit level.

Nice Condo

The condo was nicely located next to the pool and beach. All the pools were clean and nice to use. The patio furniture was not accurate to the picture but still useful. The master bathroom toliet needs looked at as it constantly runs and the living room furniture could be a little more comfortable. However, the beds were very comfortable. A couple blankets would be nice to have in the condo when relaxing and chilly after a Suntan burn. Other than that we were very happy with the unit and our stay.

Great place but lacking customer service

We love this condo and the Waterscape facility. We have vacationed here many times and rarely have any issues…until this time. One evening we came back to the room and the code to enter our room was not working. The front desk was closed, so I called Vacasa customer service. They were terrible to deal with and did not seem to care that my family (including 3 kids) were stuck in the hallway and could not enter the room. All they would do is “enter a case”. We waited for 20 minutes with no response, and then I called back. They said that the maintenance people were “on call” and it would be 30 minutes before he could arrive. We waited another 40 minutes and called back. The third person we talked to said he would contact security and they could get us in. After waiting another 20 minutes we finally got in the room. However, we couldn’t leave because the keypad was still not working. The maintenance person never showed up. The next day when the front desk opened, they were helpful but said this happens “all of the time.” They were able to get the keypad working again and the rest of the vacation was fine. I was just extremely disappointed that Vacasa customer support was so unhelpful. Also, I was shocked to know that with hundreds of condos at this location, there is literally no one onsite to help should any issue arise.

LOVED!

The room was spotless. Well appointed. Outside chairs very comfy. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. Beautifully decorated. The best condo we have stayed in at Waterscape!

Our perfect vacation

Let me start by saying the location of the unit was perfect! We could see the ocean, and the kids playing in the lazy river though our patio. The unit was very clean. We never had to leave the place since we had the Fudpuckers shack right by the pool. The guys putting up the chairs and umbrellas every day were extremely attentive to all the customers around. We will be back next year for sure!

A must read summary..

Overall happy with room, few minor things once arrived, stove & microwave lights both out, stove drawer off the track and was impossible to open. Some new skillets are needed, baking sheet was ok. The smell once we entered was like fast food or where something was cooked on the stove and the vent not ran. We bought fresh lien air freshener for the room and left it so the next guest would not have that same compliant. The view was good! Plenty of towels in baths which was nice! I felt like the outside entry of the condo could/should have been vacuumed. Overall ok with location and would stay at Waterscape again but a different room. Thank you.

Perfect!

This was our 3rd time staying at Waterscape. A304 was perfect! The location in the complex is awesome and has a fantastic view. The unit was very clean and had plenty of supplies, towels, etc. We can’t wait to go back and would try to get A304 again.

Great stay!

Great condo, nicely decorated and clean. If I had any small critiques it would be to add some Beach towels since none are offered at the pool and maybe some small kitchen items like coffee filters, salt and pepper. Kids loved the splash pads and lazy river! Lots of grills people were using at the pool. Great views of the pool and beach. Was close to some restaurants - we enjoyed Stewbys.

Absolutely would recommend A304

We loved everything about Waterscape and A304!! Only a few negatives to report… the most important would be that the beds are not comfortable...like at all. Secondly, we couldn’t figure out how to turn the master tv on. Definitely would have liked to have a smart tv in the living room as well but it’s vacation so who is really there to watch tv, ya know. Third, you can hear your neighbors but that wasn’t a big deal. Last, the lazy river wasn’t open but that of course doesn’t have anything to do with the room. I loved the curtain in the bunk bed area. It gave some privacy. The pools and kiddy areas were great. The beach was beautiful! We had a lot of fun on the paddle boards too! All in all, though the beds sucked, I’d come back again and again.

Stunning ocean view w/ amazing sunsets just steps from the beach!

Spacious, updated ocean-view condo w/ great pools/hot tubs overlooking the beach. Cherry on top: beach chairs & umbrellas set up every AM for use until 5PM. Waffle House adjacent to property +++++!

Wonderful location and views

We loved our stay at Waterscape A304! The condo has been recently remodeled and was very clean. The master bed is very comfortable. The location on the building is perfect for watching gulf sunsets and so very close to the beach. We loved being able to use the luggage carts to make bringing things in and out a breeze. Of course, the pools and beaches are fabulous. We walked over to Old Bay Steamer and had a great meal. We enjoyed food at Rockn Tacos too. This condo is highly recommended for a pleasant stay at Waterscape.
