This charming top-floor condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit A628 is beautifully decorated with comfortable amenities. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The quaint dining area has seating people. Unit A628 offers a twin bunk area with TV/DVD capabilities, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a leather queen sofa bed and loveseat, 60' high definition TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with shower/tub, 50' high definition TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. this home has blackout curtains on all windows, tile flooring throughout, and has WIFI internet access.

Highly Recommend!

Enjoyed our stay in A628. Spacious room with large patio overlooking the pool and ocean view. Very clean. Only knock on the property is the lack of heated pools for families who visit during fall break. Pools are cold which makes it tough for families bringing toddlers expecting to be able to play in the kids area after a long day on the beach.

Family Vacation

Nice place to stay. Great for adults and children. Loved that they had the outside grills. We used them 2 nights. They keep them very clean. The room was supplied with everything we needed.

Awesome condo

We loved everything about this condo! Great view of the second floor splash pad, balcony was a great size. Everything was clean upon arrival , bed was comfy, our boys LOVED the bunk beds, beach set up and was awesome too and not full of restrictions like some places we have stayed, def recommend if you have kids, def the most kid friendly set up we have stayed at, we will be back

The overall was great loved that it was close to beach no long walk! Loved the lazy river and kid area! The place was clean! The unit hold have been worse but my husband was pretty disappointed when the living room TV would not stay on kept cutting off!

Amazing but....

Everything was great other than being rushed out. Check out was at 10 and we had a cleaner left himself in at 9 and we were still getting ready and myself or wife could have been indecent but were not. The guy was nice but couldn't speak English so had to explain in my limited Spanish that we still had an hour left

We had a 3 night stay at Waterscape A628 for a little bit of a “baby moon” before our new little one arrives. Overall, this was a lovely facility. We appreciated the variety of pools and play areas available for our kids with such close proximity to the beach and our room. We were also surprised to find a box of beach items available on the balcony that happened to include a few things we forgot. This was very helpful. The unit was clean, and overall a great layout for our family. It’s nice to head home with all our laundry washed so it’s not a lot of work to get back settled. The unit was unfortunately struggling with AC issues. The owner was prompt to send out someone to look at the issue within a couple hours of our complaint, but with our short stay it wasn’t able to be remedied while we were still there. 76* room, 8 months pregnant and coming in from beach heat made it uncomfortable. With that exception, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning to Waterscape in the future.

Great Location!

On the 6th floor but there is parking on the 6th floor which is convenient. The room is on the corner of the building, extremely close to the parking garage, but further from the beach. Two elevators with easy access to the pool and beach. I wheeled down a wagon with all our beach stuff and had no problems. Small item, but master shower needs new curtain rings so the curtain will slide left and right with ease.

Beautiful place

The condo was wonderful! We loved the large balcony, convenience to the parking garage and elevator, and the layout of the condo. We did have to call for some pillows as the ones on the beds were very flat and not comfortable, but the front desk had some sent right over with no problems at all. I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

Perfect relaxation

The apartment was amazing clean and stocked with towels and all kitchen utensils and pans to cook meals. The pool was amazing and quick walk to the beach made it even better.

Great resort

This resort was amazing. My kids loved the pools, and we loved that the beach was never overly crowded due to the condo complex being a perfect size. Our condo was great, and stocked with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Condo!

Nice corner location close to parking on the top floor. Pools were wonderful, we enjoyed BBQing poolside. Kids loved the free DVD rental box.

Nice Room

A628 - Office management checked on us 1st couple of days and I thought that was nice. Overall it was a great condo. New washer/dryer was installed while we were there and it took maintenance a few times to come out because on the spin cycle shook violently and almost broke the closet doors. I don't think they were ment to be stackable. Office folks and maintenance were on it quickly but when we left, it still wasn't quite right for the next guests. Didn't think the 2 rolls (1ply) of toilet paper would last 4 nights and 5 days for a 2 bathroom/4 people, but it did. Was eyeing the papertowels if needed. Bed was comfortable but very jiggly. I liked the 2 sliding doors, 1 from master and the other from living room. View to the pool was good and Gulf ok. Kids said bunks were ok too. Overall we had a good time.

Filthy

This place was filthy from the moment we stepped in. Aside from the fact that it needs a lot of TLC, a fresh coat of paint, and some updating, it was dirty. Apparently underneath the kids bunks never get cleaned, food debris, hair, you name it it was there. Hand prints all over walls, doors, furniture, and we are suppose to be in the middle of a pandemic, I really would have thought better cleaning measures. The most important health hazard was all of the mold all over the bedroom curtain, on the baseboard next to it and it has traveled to the ceiling in the closet. The tracks to the sliding doors apparently never get cleaned. The couch and chair had food stains and whatever other stains on them. The baseboards, pictures on the walls, hair dryers were covered in dust. The closet to the furnace was covered in dust. The curtain rod that closes off the bunk bed section was not secure or a spring loaded curtain rod, so when I gently pulled it back, it fell onto my head and brought me to my knees and left a knot on my head for 6 days. The oven only goes to 350 degrees, the can opener, wouldn’t open a can of vegetables. The rugs throughout need a good washing. We have stayed in this resort 2 other times and always had a positive experience. The other condos have always been very clean. This unfortunate experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and we will think twice about returning to this resort.
