This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes large patio doors in the living area, and main bedroom leading to a private patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this modern and contemporary vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher; along with all dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living area have TVs and DVD players.

This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

The view was outstanding. The unit did need some freshening up. The closet door in the small bedroom was off the track (broken), The closet door in the big bedroom was missing a handle (there was only a screw sticking out to grab on to. It appeared kids stayed in the unit prior to us. The remotes for the TVs were not with the TV which they controlled. There was excessive junk in the laundry room and the open network panel there appeared to be a mess (it should not have been open with no way to close it).

Great location

Beautiful views. We had zero issues while there. The couch is a hidabed and not the most comfortable but there's other chairs and it was just the 2 of us. Nice furniture on the balcony. We would absolutely stay there again if in the area.

Great location, needs updating

This is a lovely property but needs both security and infrastructure updates. The door does not deadbolt or securely shut, which led to a screaming sound whenever the winds were high. Additionally, like other reviewers, I share the opinion that the couch really needs to be replaced. In terms of security, the lobby was not secured, which should be updated as well.

Very Nice Condo but Needs a Few Improvements

The condo/property was exactly as listed. It was very clean, nicely decorated and updated, very comfortable, and it had awesome views from the balcony. It is located close to elevator, with easy access to the parking garage. The main complaint I had was the couch is worn out, very uncomfortable, and is in desperate need of replacing. I have noticed several other bad reviews concerning the couch, and I agree with them 100%. The owners need to spend some of that money they are making off the guest fees and replace the couch. One recommendation I have is blankets need to be added to the linens provided. I realize that the condo is mostly used in the summer months, but if going to rent during winter months, it would be nice to have blankets to place on the beds at night due to the cold temps. One noticeable difference in this property and the dozens of vacation properties my family have stayed at in the past is, don't expect enough needed toiletries such as soap, etc. (only a minimum amount were provided thus resulting in us having to purchase more). There were no condiments for cooking or kitchen extras (i.e. trash bags) in the kitchen either...again, just the bare minimum furnishings. Again, the condo was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We probably would not rent this property again due to the fact we have stayed in better vacation rentals for the same rental cost.

What I wish I'd had known before I arrived.

The room was clean, the balcony was huge, the view was beautiful. Just a couple things that would have been nice to know ahead of time. There was not enough toilet paper for 6 of us for a 4 days. We had to go buy some. Also, this was the first time we've been to a condo or hotel or cabin where there was no kind of staples - no salt or pepper, PAM spray or even coffee filters. We had issues with the door lock and wifi - both passwords given to us were incorrect. It also would have been nice to know the clearance into parking garage. We had a top carrier and had to take it off before entering - that was a nuisance. Really everything was good, but those 2 hiccups and wrong passwords is why I won't give it 5 Star.

Great view

Just got home from there. Great place for a small family. Fits a family of 4 perfectly. The king bed is on the stiffer side, but after day 2 your back doesnt hurt. The queen mattress was hard as well, but fit 2 boys perfectly. The couch bed was HORRIBLE!!! Thin mattress. You could feel all the bars. Per my son, worst sleep ever. I rate it 4 stars bc the view was amazing & overall a great place for a small condo. I had 2 adults and 3 teenage boys. I wouldn't recommend anything more. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anything over 2 adults and 2 kids that would share a bed.

Had no wifi at all during our stay. We were promised repeatedly that it would be fixed
. But no one ever tried to do so. It definitely affected our stay as we were unable to complete some work related tasks at the condo.

Nice location but missing amenities listed

The room was nice and the building is in a great location, however, we were provided the wrong wifi password for the room and never given the correct one. There is poor cell service in the room so hotspots were unavailable and effectively left us without cell or internet while in the room. The beds are not very comfortable.

Great location

The property's layout was exactly what we needed for our stay. However, the WIFI sign in information did not work which caused me to cancel a zoom meeting that I had scheduled. We called the support team and they had the same log-in information that we had and could not resolved the problem. They told us that we would receive a call for additional support, but that second call never happened. Not pleased with their support. There was no toilet paper or hair dryer in the master bathroom. (Extra toilet paper and one hair dryer was in the guest bathroom.) The shampoo and body wash in the master shower were empty. It would also have been helpful to have some hangers in the closet.

The property nice and clean. Some things need updating such as bathrooms. There also needs to be a deadbolt on the door. I did not feel safe and had to prop a chair under the door handle in order to do so. The power was not working in the master bedroom. It was reported and no one ever came to check it out or fix it. So the whole time I stayed, I was not able to turn on the light, use the ceiling fan, or watch tv in the room. The size of the balcony and views were amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! It was a very relaxing environment and location was perfect. Beach was not crowded at all and you can find the most beautiful intact sea shells as you walk along the beach. I would stay again and recommend, but I would like the power to work and a deadbolt on the door as added security.

Mobility-Challenged experience

While the view was lovely and we spent the evenings taking in the view, the facilities had some major problems for people on scooters. Our van does not fit in the garage, so we parked in a handicap space at the second floor entrance, only to find that the door was blocked and the garage-side entrance must be used (accessible using steps). Getting a luggage cart to the van and up to the room was problematic because of the closed entrance. The access and egress to the 2nd floor parking area is by a very narrow circular driveway, ( There are a lot of scrapes from cars and trucks that did not make the turns), There should be something posted letting people know about the narrow circular driveway. The first floor ramp is narrow and takes some maneuvering around the turns.
