This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a large patio that provides a spectacular coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this gorgeous unit include a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room table has seating for six with additional bar chairs at the breakfast bar. Each of the two bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. This unit has a washer and dryer as well. This gorgeous condo has one reserved parking space, which is covered; the second space is open. This condo also has elevator access for your convenience.

This rental is located on floor 4.

Great Quick and Quiet Getaway

The unit was accurate to its listing, and provided a spacious two bedroom unit, which was perfect for what we were looking for. based on when we stayed, it was pretty quiet, and beach access was convenient. There is a public access point right next store, which may make the beach a bit more crowded during peak season. Overall, we had no complaints with the unit. The traffic in the area is a bit of a mess right now when going over the bridge, as there is a bunch of construction in the area, so I would recommend leaving a little extra time if you have to get anywhere that is time sensitive. Other than that, it was a nice seamless stay.

The property was well maintained, the entry instructions were thorough so I had no problems entering my suite, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were texts and emails that were very helpful. I did not have clarity on the parking situation so I called the number that was listed, to no avail.

We loved this unit . At arrival it was very clean , it smelled clean and the he rooms were neat. Location was great parking is under shade. Just a suggestion would be to have additional covers it got kind of chilly at night and we didn’t have additional covers. Also the stove sometimes wouldn’t heat as it should but we managed . I would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything was nice and tidy and quiet. Great place to relax and not far from everything in town. We will definitely stay again. I highly recommend

Pretty good overall, pool was ice cold kinda refreshing!

The room and everything was nice. The pool had lots of bugs in the inside portion of it. Other than that great place to stay! Would be willing to come back again!

This experience was Terrible.

I paid to much for this rental property. The lamps were nasty the mattresses were EXTREMELY nasty the the mattress kept sliding off the nasty mattress. Parts of the stove didn't work and were coming with intent to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The TV inside the MASTER BEDROOM was the size of a computer monitor the sofa pillows were tore and coming apart the trimming that sound the floor was missing and the nails were sticking out. I couldn't put my clothes in the dresser drawers because they were coming apart so I had to live this week out of my suitcases. This was one of the was the worst vacation experience I have ever had with VRBO. I would definitely NOT recommend this property to anybody. My other family stayed in 410 and my family and I spent most of out time at her Condo because 414 was disgusting.

2 minute walk to the beach!🏖

Very convenient location in the heart of literally everything. Condo was clean, ac worked perfectly. The only thing I would say is make sure the mattress cover in the master bedroom is cleaned prior making up the bed with new sheets. It obviously was not cleaned so I took the liberty of buying some bleach and washing it myself. Other than that, it was a great experience overall. I would come back!

Convenient

We enjoyed our stay with a few inconveniences. They were in the process of painting the building, but were always quick to get out of our way if we needed to pass by. Also, our A/c was out, but since the temperature was moderate, we were able to survive with fans and open patio doors. Very nice balcony for sitting on with some view of the gulf. Easy access to the beach.

Comfy, Clean Condo

I booked this unit for our vacation with a daughter and son in law. It was comfy, clean and convenient to the beach. There was a work crew there repairing and painting the building so we didn’t get to fully use the patio/ balcony area but, it is nice. We will definitely book this condo again. Thanks, Vacasa!

Definitely an older property that is being renovated. The room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were concerned about one of the elevators that was under repair but still in service. However, the indoor and outdoor pool really help to make up for any shortcomings especially since it was a double red flag for half our visit.

At the end of your stay you are asked to empty all trash, and start dishwasher. They do not give you trash bags, you will have to buy trash bags. They do give you dishwasher detergent to run your dishwasher once, anything beyond running it once you will have to buy detergent. The carpets are disgusting, and need replaced. When we left, we had to return our keys to a separate community, and never given the code to the enter through the gate. We were on the phone with Vacasa to tell us the code, and they could not tell us the code. Luckily a resident of the community gave us the code to get in to return the keys. We were given the wrong code to the pool, and gym. We were not able to access the amenities of the property, once again Vacasa was never able to give us the correct code. Many issues with Vacasa during our stay. I was disappointed with the money we spent with them, the lack of correct information given, and sub par cleaning. The tubs had soap scum, and pubic hair in the tub. The toliets were not cleaned, and floors were not mopped. The furniture in the picture has a cover over it because the love seat and chair are stained, wore out, uncomfortable, and look like they were picked out of the trash 50 years ago. I would not recommend this condo.

Perfect cozy beach condo

Great beach vacation stay

Location is fantastic!! Right on the beach... easy walkway to the beach. That was our priority. Condo was pleasant. Just the right size for the 3 adults and 1 child. Could have used a little upkeep on fans in bathrooms, and decor, but we weren't in much. Indoor/outdoor pool was nice. Easy covered parking and close to the elevator. Close drive to the Gulfarium and The Boardwalk and other fun things to do! The panhandle offers much! Thank you!

Nice place but,

The condo is very nice and not too cramped for 6 people. About a 5min walk to the beach and no stairs to get there. The beach area for these condos are shared with public access. The total length for this shared area can't be 50 yards. So we set up around 9am each morning to ensure a front row seat to the ocean. The assistance was sub par. Poor instructions on exactly where the after hours key box is (btw, it's on the wall, covered in plastic outside the Vascasa office building, .6miles up the road at Island Echos). Who still uses keys anyway? I was told no grills or grilling area - there are clearly 3 areas. There is a charcoal area already set up, but I just wheeled my portable gas grill to that same area...no issues. I was instructed to park our 3rd car 3miles away. We just parked the 3rd car down in the lot with all the other vehicles with no parking permit - no issues over 8 days. Overall - a great place, just had to figure out a few things on our own! Lastly - there are restaurants open (I could never get an answer before our arrival).
