Lokalt har vi ett pittoreskt centrum med gott middag och nattklubbar, bÄtuthyrning, Gulfarium, parasailing och mer!, FrÄga om vÄrt indiska tempel och museum eller vÄrt flygplan museum.

My only two recommendations are that both bathrooms need updated shower heads. The kitchen could use a whisk and baking sheet. We will definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future!

Very family oriented resort. Stayed in 105 and it was very close to the pool area and beach access. Can’t see the beach from the patio due to the dunes but it was perfect for us.

Great Destination for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at our rental. The rental was perfect for our trip, and a very clean place to stay. So close to the pool, beach and a nice lounge area right outside the door. The staff that maintains the property was very helpful. The dryer broke in the unit a few days before we left and they offered to stop by pick up our laundry to wash them and bring them back if we needed them too. I would recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

great stay

This was a first floor rental. Although there was no balcony view, the location was perfect. walk right out the door to the parking lot or to the patio/pool area. This was much easier for my disabled husband to get around. Condo was very clean and nice. Had an issue with an outlet and it was fixed same day. Only suggestion we have would be dark curtains for the master bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time! This is a hidden gem! We loved the location and check in was a breeze. The condo is not crowded. We never searched for a parking spot or a place to sit on the beach or pool - like many high-rise condos. My only suggestion- the patio furniture is ready to be replaced. We like to eat dinner outside, and the chairs are coming apart. We spent our last night looking at future dates! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Grab bars at end of tubs would prevent falls when getting out.2. Glass panel beside front door could use some sort of window treatment for better privacy. We taped tissue paper over ours.3. Please make sure units have recently been cleaned. Ours was so dusty I wrote my initials on master bedroom headboard. I also took pictures of this and also the crack in the kitchen island counter top. (Please contact me for these.)4. Step stool to reach items on top shelves in kitchen. I bought one but brought it home with me. We did however leave behind items to donate for the kitchen. Such as larger cutting board, splatter cover for microwave, spatulas, and some dishwashing items.Hot tub and elevators not working were an issue while we were there along with water being shut off due to broken pipes. We were only notified by email on the broken pipes.

Good but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was fine and we had no major issues while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great for us, near the pool. And the space in this condo was perfect. However, it’s definitely in need of some updates and TLC. The kitchen was barely stocked. For example, we had one normal size teaspoon. So we had to go buy plastic spoons during our stay. There was no laundry basket. So we had to carry armloads of laundry back and forth to the washing machine. Appliances were old and very noisy. The fan in the living room was so loose from the ceiling, we were scared to use it. A little bit of restocking items and updates would go a LONG way for the unit. The bones are great. It just needs some love.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Fort Walton Beach! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and right on the beach. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was ideal for our family, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. We will definitely be back and plan to rent this property again. Highly recommend!

Nice shower area to desand before a swim in the pool or hot tub. First floor direct access to pool is great benefit of 105. We had toddlers that allowed for quick access to our unit. Clean unit with extra pillows and bedding. Nice unit, not overly decorated so no worries something can be knocked over and broken. Normal, nice, clean, very functional place to stay. The staff is easy to text or call for anything. I suggest booking with Sugar Sands 👍👍

LOVE the location

Communication was great, from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We checked in late at night but all the details for check in had already been provided so it was nice to be able to just arrive and unpack. The location is perfect, we were a few steps away from the pool and only a short walk away from the beach

Perfect Beach Getaway

I would recommend a broom to have in the condo, if there was one, we couldn't find it. The sand starts to build up after a few days. Otherwise perfect stay!

2 adults and 3 teens-there were 2 cots and a fold out couch for xtra sleeping which was nice. There was bedding for the cots and the couch. Great location
