SPÄNNANDE NYHETER, PÅ DET POPULÄRA FÖRESKRIFTEN CASA DEL MAR 2 VAR KLAR I JULI 2018 Vänligen se fastighetsreferens 8426513 Detta främre strandhus ligger i Butibamba, La Cala de Mijas.
Fyra sovrum med dubbelsäng, söderläge med fantastisk havsutsikt. Detta strandhus har möjlighet att ta emot upp till 8 personer. Det finns en rymlig lounge som erbjuder TV / DVD och gratis WIFI. Köket har fullständiga matlagningsmöjligheter samt en mikrovågsugn. Huset är helt luftkonditionerat och tillför varm och kall luft. På framsidan av huset finns en solterrass där du kan äta utomhus med utsikt mot havet.
Den bakre terrassen har en tvättmaskin och två 150 ltr vattentankar som garanterar tillräckligt med vatten för att tillgodose alla dina behov. På första våningen finns en balkong där du kan koppla av, läsa en bok eller bara titta på båtarna förbi. Huset har ett välfylld linneskåp och gott om badhanddukar.
Om du behöver ett hus rent medan du är på semester kan det ordnas. Fastigheten ligger inom gångavstånd till de lokala barer / tapas och livsmedelsbutiker. Staden La Cala ligger 10 minuters promenad och har en rad barer, restauranger, banker och affärer.
På onsdagar / lördagar finns det en marknad där du kan köpa lokala produkter och många kläder / tillbehör.
En busslinje kör var 15: e minut som kan ta dig till Fuengirola eller Marbella.

Perfect beach place

With few meters to the perfect beach this is a hose to recommend. The boardwalk with several miles of walk by the sea with the best view. Easy in and out + helpful personell. Yes, we would love to come back.

Fint boende Toppenläge vid havet

Mycket trevlig hyresvärd som tog emot oss när vi kom till boendet. Fint boende, modernt och städat. Perfekt för stora familjen eller som för oss ett gäng vänner/par i 40-50 årsåldern. Lugnt läge i direkt anslutning till stranden men med flera restauranger och mataffärer att välja bland inom gångavstånd. Tack vi återvänder gärna

Unvergesslich

Es war ein einziger Traum. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand (10 Meter vielleicht). Wir konnten jeden morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee im Schlafanzug uns auf die dortige Mauer setzen, den Wellen zuhören und den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen, essen und aufs Meer schauen....einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Zimmer und auch die Bäder waren super sauber. Duschtücher, Gesichtstücher, als auch Handtücher für den Strand waren in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Sogar an Strandstühle für die Gäste wurde gedacht. Man merkt sofort auf den ersten Blick, dass sich hier gekümmert wird. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Ian bzw. mit dem Vermieter Bruno war einfach klasse. Da wir sehr spät abends gelandet sind, hat Bruno uns eine Flasche Sekt und Wasser bereit gestellt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr AUF JEDEN FALL nochmal kommen.

A 5 star stay in a wonderfully appointed property

We really couldn’t have asked for more, we were a family group of 8 ranging from 9 years through to 84 years old! The property and location are the best we have ever stayed in, there was nothing that wasn’t there on hand in the house and the location was right on the beach, can’t wait to return. The communication from Ian the owner was first class and Diana who meet us on our arrival couldn’t do enough to help us. Magical break would recommend highly!

Una casa preciosa, en una ubicación única. Fue todo fácil, la comunicación con el propietario los días previos y el día de la llegada. La casa muy limpia, con una decoración increíble, todos los detalles pensados para que la estancia sea más placentera.a 10 metros de la playa! Totalmente recomendable!

Any one looking at this beach house for a holiday I would strongly recommend it , the house is impressive and very well equipped and immaculately clean and being only 20 yards from the beach and ocean from which the outdoor terrace overlooks. Bruce the host welcomed our family with a glass of fizz and the basics to start your holiday off with which was a lovely gesture the house was very comfortable and spacious as we were a family of 8 adults

Fantastic property and location.

From booking through to the actual stay, Ian and Bruno were superb throughout. Any questions were quickly answered and both went above and beyond to ensure the holiday went as smoothly as possible. The apartment met all expectations, clean, well maintained and a fantastic location. To be able to get up in the morning and be able to look out onto the beach was just paradise. The apartment had everything that we could possibly have needed throughout our stay and Bruno was at hand to be able to offer any further assistance if we needed. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, with a good standard of food being offered. There was also good bus services to be able to explore further afield, with the bus stops a short walk away. As 6 adults and one 16yr old, the apartment allowed us plenty of space, whilst allowing us to be together. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts. Would definitely return. Thank you Ian and Bruno.

Great holiday

We have been to la Cala many times and stayed in many different types of accommodation I would say Casa Del Mar is probably one of the best for value for money and incredibly clean accommodation. I think it is best suited For 4-6 people.

Didn’t want to leave.

Lovely Beach house with great views, it’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and those calming waves lapping the shore. Only a short walk to the town centre with bars,cafes and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Our stay was only a 5 day golf holiday but we all agreed we wanted to stay longer. Would highly recommend this Beach house for families or groups of friends.

Golf trip

Communication with Ian and Bruno was excellent. Bruno couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating on arrival and departure. Casa was excellent, all the amenities you’d need including aircon. Superb location, a short stroll to everything around La Cala. Although we didn’t try the beach/sea, a little too cold in early March, in the summer just a few steps from the door to the beach. Excellent all round

Fantastic house and location

6 friends on a golf holiday. The house was spacious and well equipped and easily catered for 6 adults. The location was perfect, 10 minutes stroll from the town centre. It sits on the promenade adjacent to the beach. We had hired 2 cars for the holiday and had no problem finding parking close to the house. Bruno provided us with everything we needed for check in and departure. I would highly recommend the house.
