Everything was beautiful. The property and view from our unit was amazing. The only thing to note was the pipes in the building clank every so often. So if you are a lite sleeper be sure to bring some ear plugs.

This is a very clean condo and beautiful resort with all you need. It has a bathroom for each bedroom, nice furnishings, and comfortable beds. Nice pool and beach access with sandbar shack for drinks and food. Ruth’s Chris is on the property as well. The resort feels high-end and we hope to stay in this condo again.

Great property with a few cosmetic issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time at Silver Shells, first time in this unit. The complex never fails to satisfy. Great community, amazing pool and beach access. Highly recommend! The condo pros:Perfect location with high, direct view of beach/pool.Corner unit, so big, wrapped balconyMirror wall makes it feel even biggerLong lasting hot water/very good water pressureGreat balcony furniture - Polywood. Definitely an upgrade from other units.Great parking spot right by elevator and pool/beach accessCondo negatives (only cosmetic):Master bedroom carpet is pretty gross with some big stainsBase molding in master bath has water damage and is swelling. Roman shade in master bath is broken and permanently down. Wouldn't be so bad but lighting in MBA is pretty dim.Typical of a full-time rental unit, well used and a bit beaten up. If the cosmetic issues were resolved this would be a 6 out of 5 star. Definitely worth the stay overall!

Amazing Gulf views! Fantastic location next to state park. Beautiful pool. Unit itself could use a little TLC for minor updates and deep cleaning. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you for the review. We sent the check in instructions via email then in an app then on day of arrival in a text. We use the same system for all of our guests. We never have any arrival issues but we apologize if this was an issue for you. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation.

Good, but ….

We had 6 adults and needed more gate pass cards - we only had 2. It was rather challenging at times planning our activities with only 2.

Nice property

We could never get the tv in the living room to turn on. Other than that, it was good.

Clean large rooms. Great location. Prior to arrival emailed asking if beach towels provided. Never received a response. they are not. Sandbar is a great addition for cocktails. Beach and pool are beautiful. Many things within walking distance. Extra toilet paper, paper towels and basic seasoning would be nice to include. never stayed at a VRBO that wouldn’t allow leaving unopened water bottles etc. Housekeeping wanted it dumped.
