Golv till takfönster som passar de söderläge väggarna i denna fjärde våningsenhet kommer att "wow" dig omedelbart när du kommer in. Pops av kungblått, turkos och ljust vitt hälsar dig genom nästan varje fönster när du rör dig genom den öppna planlösningen. Njut av avancerade inredningsfaciliteter som bänkskivor i granit och uppdaterade möbler.

Andelslägenhetens planlösning erbjuder maximal komfort för de flesta grupper. Det stora sovrummet har en fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen plus tillgång till uteplatsen. Ett eget badrum har separat dusch och jacuzzi, plus dubbla tvättställ för extra utrymme och komfort.

De två gästrummen har vardera en dubbelsäng. Ett gäst sovrum har ett privat badrum med dusch / badkar kombination och fåfänga handfat. Det andra gäst sovrummet delar badrummet med tillgång till hallen.

Silver Beach Towers West erbjuder strandgäster med 600 fot strandfasad där smaragdkustvatten och områdets unika sockervittsand möts. Täckt parkering erbjuder en idealisk plats att parkera din bil medan du cyklar och promenerar vart din dag tar dig!

Börja varje dag på lägenhetens stora uteplatser där du kan titta på soluppgången och gå ner. Ta dig lite tid för dig själv och gå sedan med de andra i din grupp för att promenera längs stranden. Ett dopp i poolen, så är du redo för brunch! Många restauranger i närheten kan erbjuda en mängd olika matupplevelser. Eller gå tillbaka till lägenheten för en snabb lunch i det rymliga köket och sedan tillbaka till stranden för att slutföra en annan dag i solskenet!

För dig som vill öka hjärtfrekvensen innan en avkopplande stranddag kan du använda hotellets gym, tennisbanor eller navigera längs kusten med en kajakuthyrning.

Great Location

Great location and very clean. Master bed seems to be broken, it was very noisy with small movements. Master bed also needs better pillows.

Great location. Perfect views. Only issues were that there were many broken things that need repair or replacement. Not sure if this is from a lack of investment from owner or if it is because it is right after the peak season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, perfect for what we needed! Location was great, easy pool (clean) and beach (gorgeous) access. Unit was clean, stocked with some essentials, secure building/parking. The only really negative thing I found at this unit was that master tub is starting to look slightly rough, but, created no impact on our stay!

Very clean, organized, well stocked & awesome patio with view of beach

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at Silver Beach Towers and this has been our favorite condo rental by far! It is so clean and spacious. We just loved it and will definitely book this room again for future visits! Very impressive!!

Great resort and location

Great stay, the property is run very smoothly. The condo was clean and had a great view. Location was extremely desirable, just out of the hustle and bustle of destin. Beach was never packed and the chair service mad the beach so simple. With 2 small kids, made our lives so much easier. I would highly recommend this unit and this property. Fantastic place to vacation.

Wonderful Property

Had a wonderful stay at this property at Silver Beach. Our view was spectacular and the place was decorated beautifully with all we needed. Only thing I wish is the patio table only seats 4. With 6 guests, someone had to stand or not sit with others. Highly recommend

Perfection at the Beach!

This condo was so very perfect!! We took our family of six...kids were 17-21. The space inside is incredible...beautiful views, comfortable bedrooms (enormous master bedroom) and CLEAN! It's nice to be right on the beach and the pool area is just as clean/well-managed. I love that it comes with two chairs and an umbrella at the beach, too!! We have been to Destin three times....and this was our favorite location and condo!!!

Beautiful Roomy Place Beachfront

We arrived and all the instructions were perfect. No issues with anything. The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. The deck overlooked the beach, excellent location. The AC worked perfect and everyone was very comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about this condo.

Great location and beautiful condo!!

We had a great time !! Everything was perfect!! We hung out on the patio a lot…beautiful view!! This was my first time using VRBO so of course I was confused until my daughter got there to help!! Make sure you leave wristbands with key fobs . We did not leave wristbands !! Wish they would of noted that on the instructions by the key fob . So we will be mailing them back!! We loved our stay!!

Beautiful place

It was Beautiful there the condo was great it was even better than the pictures. The only thing I can complain about is underneath the sink was leaking and I left a message about other things missing like wasn’t as many key fobs and they got right back to me but with the sink they never did . So that was kinda a pain to constantly be emptying a bowl I had under there. But other than that it was a wonderful stay . I will for sure staying here again.

Wonderful Fall Break family vacation!

The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very prompt. We love staying in Silver Beach Towers. This condo was very nice. It was very spacious and my kids loved having their own space and bedroom. I do feel there are some minor things that could be improved. The carpets in the bedrooms need replaced. They are very worn and dirty. The master bedroom bed needs to be updated. I also think a fresh coat of paint would be good. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay immensely! The rest of the condo was very nice and clean. There were plenty of key fobs and the code to get into the door was a nice touch.

400W Silver Beach Towers

This place was more than I expected. The three bedrooms were big enough as well as the bathrooms. The few cons were the master bedroom mattress, I feel it has seen its better days, you have no other choice but to sleep in the middle of the bed. The other was inside the kitchen cabinets, they could have been cleaned a little more. The Russell Vacation company was very attentive to our every needs. We had a leak in the master bathroom and as soon as I emailed them, Maria immediately called me and maintenance was at our door step within 10 mins. Maintenance access the issue and took care of it with minimal disruption to our plans. It was so nice to have a family vacation for Thanksgiving. A totally different type of Thanksgiving than we've ever experienced and everyone enjoyed the togetherness as well as the place. It's so nice to wake up to the sight of the ocean from your bedroom. This was my first experience using the VRBO company and I was not disappointed, I will use them again for future get-a-ways. Laura
