Place was clean, easy check in and check out. We cook a lot while in vacation and the place had all the utensils and cookware needed, which was awesome.

Ruby Tuesday was the perfect rental for our family vacation. The location was central for eating out, going to clubs, hitting up the grocery store, and of course not too far from the beach. The kids did wish they had board games...but the fact that the pool was merely steps away...they stayed entertained. Beds were super comfy and the kids enjoyed the bunks! Perfect house for 4 adults and 4 kids!!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear Ruby Tuesday was the perfect fit for your family vacation. It sounds like everyone had a great time, especially with the community pool just steps away! We also appreciate the suggestion about adding board games—it’s a great idea, and we’ll be sure to pass it along to the homeowner for consideration. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome your family back for another memorable beach vacation soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful and very comfortable. My son graduated from PAHS in 1992 and hadn't been back since the late 90s, so it was both a walk down memory lane and an attempt, as small as it was, to support the town we both love. #PortAStrong

Amazing Place to make memories!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to the coast every year but this was the first time to stay at Port A. We wasted all those other years! The house was amazing and made us all feel at home. It was stocked with everything you would ever need and the decor was perfect! The Starkey employees were great! So nice and helpful! The only bad thing I could say is that we HAD to leave! We will be back next year!

Restrictive

I have never stayed in a place that I had to be conscious of how many trash bags I used or there not being enough toilet paper for the duration of my stay. I thought the property was pretty but the accommodations could’ve been much better. I won’t be booking with this rental company again that’s for sure. We could’ve stayed in a high end hotel for the same price or less and had more than enough amenities to last us.

Hi Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important and we rely on hearing from our guests to ensure we’re doing a great job. As you shared in your review, this was not the case for you and for this, we do apologize. Our customers are the heart of our business and we understand you’re feeling disappointed about the complimentary starter pack of essentials we provide. Favorite unit

We have stayed in these units before and enjoyed it, however we really like the beds in this unit best-namely 2 twins instead of a queen in the middle upstairs room. It gave us more flexibility! Also, lots of towels were available! We couldn't get the ice maker to work but it might have been user error. Also note the living room furniture is not as pictured, there was less seating. This was not a problem for our group of 6 but could be for a larger group. Overall, nice place!

Great Location

Had a great time. Mold under sink form a previous leak but maintenance can day after we reported it. Dishwasher rubber trim was off and if we didn’t catch it a leak would of happened. Temperatures in each room are different. EVERY night people stayed in pool u til after midnight when 10pm is the cutoff. We called one night at 1:30 am when people were still in pool and no one responded the next day . Great location, walked to pizza place two nights. Crowded parking, people were parking on rocks right next to our cars.

We are so glad you were able to enjoy your stay despite the issues you had. Wed hope that people would respect the rules that are in place, but alas this is not always the case. We would recommend calling the non emergent line for situations like this as we do not manage all the homes at this location.

We Love Ruby Tuesday!

This was our 5th stay at Ruby Tuesday. It feels like a second home. The only problem we had was a leak under the sink. This was not a knew problem as there was a bowl collecting water. Also, the TV in the living room would not connect to Direct TV. We called maintenance several times and they said there was a maintenance emergency somewhere else & it was on the list. The tv's in the other rooms worked so it was not a problem for us. The water would pool on the floor but easy soaked up with a towel. We will continue to stay here because the location is great and it accommodates 10 easily.

Perfect multi family home!

Traveling to the beach with six small children made finding a beach house very difficult. This house was big enough to comfortably fit all of us with room to spare! Having a pool right outside the living room window was a huge plus too! When we were ready for the beach we loaded all of our things into the car, drove for about 4 minutes and drove right onto the beach! As far as the house goes the decor was beachy but nice. It was very clean and smelled nice too! My ONLY complaint was that for the amount of people the house accommodated, there wasn't nearly enough towels. We ended up having to share and had to do laundry every single day. Also, having at least one all purpose cleaner for spills and messes would be nice to have. Especially with having small children! Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year!

We received your review on your Port Aransas vacation rental and wanted to thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us. We do take pride in the cleanliness of our rentals and are glad to hear that is exactly how you found it. Please call our offices anytime if you have any kind of issue like you mentioned with the towels; our summer hours are 8am to 10pm so that we can better serve our guests. We would have gladly delivered more to remedy that situation. We thank you again and hope to have you back as our guests.

Dirty Dishes

The property was nice and as described. The dishes that were put away in cabinets and drawers were viably dirty some having food particles still on them! Nothing like going on vacation and having to wash all the dishes prior to using them. Check in process could use work! I had to reach out on the day of check in to get the instructions for check in! Once we checked in and cleaned, the rest of the stay was great!

Perfect layout

Property was in good condition and as described. Location was perfect in the middle of town and close to the beach. Ran into some issues with checking in on time but the management company was very communicative and kept in touch. Pool area was trashed by tenants but this is out of the control of the management company. Up to the the renters to clean up their trash. Overall the home was comforting and had everything you need.
