Superb apartment renovated in 2021 located in a chic, green and quiet area of ââLas Ramblas golf course with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 180cmx200cm and 2 beds of 90cmx190cm), 3 air-conditioning, central heating (great in winter), 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a small garden. The sea, shops, restaurants and 5 golf courses are very close.
35 minutes from Murcia airport.
and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, a relaxing vacation in a sunny and idyllic setting.
