This newly decorated bright spacious child freindly Villa is 15 mins drive from Murcia airport & 35 Minutes from Alicante Airport, The property itself is 5 mins walk from the main strip which boasts over 80restaurants & pubs, and is central to over 15 fabulous golf courses all within 30 mins drive. The property is perfect as it is situated right beside the communal swimming pool & is only an approx 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is fully furnished with English satellite TV with all free to air stations. All rooms are fitted with new air conditioning units. The accommodation provides both a home from home feeling & is bright airy and fresh. The accommodation has it's own driveway which will accommodate a car easily if required. The Villa is Child friendly with 2 x COTBEDS available if required.

Nice place to be on holiday.We liked very much the outside area where we could relax and eat.

However, if we should remark something; There were not two bathrooms, there was one and one toilette with washing possibilities (not shower) We could have wanted a dishhwasher Not water to drink when we arrived at 1 a.m.

Great property, very well equipped and spacious, extremely comfortable beds. Pool really nice and close to the house, fab location, easy to get everywhere, really enjoyed our stay. Host very quick to respond to queries, and informative of local area. Just be aware if you arrive at a weekend you cannot get wifi til monday, annoying as we had to pay for data over the weekend to get on the tv streams and our internet , otherwise lovely stay

Birthday trip

Booked as home was close to friends. Lovely location pool nice shame not enough chairs for the whole party but we bought two lilos and led on them. Didn’t cook in the house but convenient base for a long weekend.

Property was lovely very clean and perfect for me and my family. The host was great i had a mix up with flights which meant i needed a extra day which was no problem. We have family who already live on the urbanisation so was perfect and we know the area very well. Its exactly as described would definately stay here again. Thankyou only 1 thing was it says has wifi but you actually have to pay an extra 20 euros for a months service. So be keep that in min.preparShortwalkiddistance wv

There was no one to meet us at the property. Cleaner had to come and sow us how to operate television and cooker. Wrong information on the door. No fob to get into pool area. When I asked cleaner for hosts telephone number was told he was in Ireland

Zona espectacular

Una casa con camas comodas, espaciosa en una localización tranquila y con una piscina espectacular esta bien cuidada en un entorno precioso, cerca esta el cc la zenia boulevard que esta genial. Las toallas son viejas mejor llevar las propias.

Maison dans un lotissement très calme et très proche de la piscine

11 jours passés en famille à 5. Nous avons pu profiter de la maison (extérieur pour manger et barbecue, intérieur en alternant tous les ventilos mis a dispo et la clim dans les 3 chambres), de la piscine (baignade tous les jours puisque la piscine est littéralement à 20 m de la maison), des commodités autour : Zenia boulevard, casino, plage de Cabo Roig, Torrevieja entre autre. La maison est un super pied a terre au calme et baigné de soleil le matin.

Hot winter sun holiday

Clean and tidy. Perfect location for trips out to the beach and venturing further afield. Well equipped kitchen, ( washing machine, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer ) lovely patio area for breakfast etc. Great balcony off the large double bedroom for morning cuppa. Nice sized bathroom with plenty of towels provided. Off road parking outside the property. Nice sized spare bedroom with two single beds. Light and bright.

Casa Lorwyn

Casa Lorwyn is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurant but also a very quiet location too. Easy access to the AP7 and other roads. The only thing I was disappointed in was there were no sun bed/loungers to lay down, although there were a number of chairs etc to use I much prefer to have a sun bed but overall a lovely stay. Thank you

Villa located in a quite area,neighbours are very friendly.On arriving day we felt like at home,nice,clean and plenty of space villa.shops and restaurants 10 min walk,sandy beach not far as well.Diffenently recommend to everyone

Property was as decribed - clean and tidy - maggie was the peperry manager and was lovely and friendly - i thought cleaning fee of €70 steep as most properrys weve rented was €40-€50 - but overall was happy with the property

Great location,sun all day!

Fab location, we walked to beach, Zenia commercial centre, Cabo Roig strip, but there’s a drive for parking or right outside the villa. N332 to Torrevieja just down the hill. Maggie who is the meet and greet lady is lovely, very kind, nothing too much trouble. Lots of beach towels provided. The pool is fabulous, next door but one and most days not too busy. Would highly recommend!

What a bauitiful well cared for villa .

Lovely villa everything you need .tv ect no need to take anything .walking distence to strip over the bridge and the beech was bsuitiful .the only thing i would say there were no sunbeds as they were broken and couldnt be used.i would buy fold up ones next time .pool was lovely and clean and the people were nearly all irish and were lovely very friendly .a lovely relaxing holiday as its my first villa ive used defo use again .

Perfect Location For a Family Holiday

We a Family of 4 Two Kids 14 and 18 Stayed in This Villa For Two Weeks. Airport Pick up Arranged And Greeted By Housekeeper on Arrival With Keys. Housekeeper Showed us Around villa Which was Clean And Had Everything We Needed. Pool Located by Villa, Bars Restaurants Shopping centre And Beach All Within Walking Distance. Perfect Place For A Family Holiday And Would Recommend This Villa As A Place To Stay.

Lovely family holiday

I was really pleased with the holiday my family had in caba Roig. The villa was beautiul and homely. Maggie (the lady who greets you on arrival) was a lovely person and showed us around the villa and later showed us to the shops and bars etc. It made the holiday more enjoyable knowig where things were and not wasting time trying to find your feet. the pool was beautifully kepy and we had it all to ourselves for the whole holiday. Beautiful villa, beautiful weather and amazing beaches and walks. We were spoilt for choice with the bars and restaurants we were sorry to leave and will be going back to same place next year (already booked same villa). No hesitation is recommending this property to anyone.

Perfectly Located - for my kids and parents

I stayed at this villa with my 2 kids myself and my husband and my mother 84. The villa was so peaceful in a private cul de sac, pool 2 doors from the villa so was perfect for the kids and my mam was so relaxes. We could then walk down to the strip with my mam in a wheel chair and enjoy the wide choice of restaurants and bars. When mam was tired we were only 5 mins from home back to the peace and Tranquility of this beautiful area. Perfect place for my family. Truely reccommend it,

Peaceful safe area but close enough to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay in Caba Roig, the villa was perfect for us. we could walk to the strip or the beach, pool was beside us. We have a 2 year old and the villa was great because of the fitted stair gates and cot beds available. Maggie the house keeper was so helpful, she is alos fluent in Spanish which is very re assuring with small kids. Would deffinitely reccomend this Villa to anybody especially young familes with small kids. If you don't like the beach the pool couldn't be any closer and with safety key scan enterance to the pool area you don't have to worry about the kids sneaking in without you. Great choice and will be back again.

Great time spent in this villa, owner very helpful and communicated very quickly any questions I had vis e mail. Maggie met us with keys , very friendly woman, nothing was a problem to her, it was also reassuring she spoke spanish, handy person to know. Tony picked us up from airport great guy very prompt. Close to main strip and beach , pool just next door ,ideal location .Many thanks to all that made our holiday run smoothly.

spanish villa

We have recently returned from a stay in the villa.Our experience was good it was very comfortable and all the bars and restaraunts are within walking distance.Maggie the lady that met us when we arrived is a little gem and nothing was to much trouble thank you. There are two negatives,the washing machine does not work properly,and there is no sky sports or movies as advertised apart from that it was a relaxing holiday and the weather was amazing for October.

Spacious, homely feel to this beautiful Villa

Me, My wife and 2 Kids 7 and 15 had a very pleasant stay at this Villa, the Villa manager was most helpful, greeted all of us on arrival showed us around and offered help on anything we needed including goods bars, restaurants and things for the kids go carts etc, jet ski's etc. Really good experience and would have no hesitation is recommending this Villa and owner to anybody. Owner was very helpful and accomadating.
