Great condo in a great location. Very well appointed with everything you need in a home away from home. Very clean and location to the beach and shopping was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Great place to stay for a huge group!! The outback area was one of our favorite parts, having a grill was super nice & the fence around it for privacy was great. Everything throughout the house was nice & clean. Loved the kitchen a lot, spacious for cooking and the fridge is also HUGE which was convenient for a big group. Located in a great spot, close to everything you need including great restaurants and public beach access!! 100% would stay here again absolutely loved it.

This home was cheerful, cozy and had everything we needed for great family stay! Our hosts were responsive and kind and check in was very easy. There are lots of shops and a grocery store nearby.

Convenient location near Wrightsville beach and downtown Wilmington. Unit is spacious with large bedrooms and full en suite baths. There are towels, bikes, umbrellas, beach toys for a beach day. Having a full kitchen was nice to make breakfast and store our leftovers. Complex was quiet and uncrowded. There was even an alligator pond off to one side, didn't see any gators though.

We had a multi generational gathering for a UNCW graduation. The townhouse was centrally located and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and university. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, pots & pans, and utensils. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets.

Keith was disappointed that the condo wasn't on the beach. I explained that "two miles to tides" was not deceptive, the property description clearly stated it was two miles to the beach and that was the reason he wasn't paying $700 per night in season. I also comped him one night for his misunderstanding.

Counting flamingos

Wonderful location

The location was perfect for our visit to attend our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. The layout of the townhome was great as well. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped kitchens we’ve experienced. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. This location was perfect for the venue and the beach.
