Wonderful place

Me and my familj, 5 people hade the best finish om our roadtrip, we love antibes, the appartment was the best, the area with the pool was great, close to everything, I hope we will come back.

Perfekt läge.

Super läge med närhet till allt. En charmig lägenhet med ett sovrum och två bäddsoffor. Passade perfekt för oss och vår tonårsdotter. Ligger bara några minuter från gamla stan med butiker och massa fina restauranger. Vi fixade frukost och en del luncher hemma i köket. Fyra plattor, utrustning, kylskåp som räckte för vår vistelse. Vi kunde verkligen uppleva Antibes. En lätt promenad till tågstationen (ca 5-7 min) för utflykter till Cannes, Nice, Monaco mm. Ett strålande läge att upptäcka franska rivieran på. Roland är en super värd. Han visade oss in i lägenheten, hur allt fungerade och gav oss en snabb genomgång av Antibes. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Not our first time at this property. The host was brilliant and helped with anything we needed. The area is beautiful and location fantastic for the old town and close to train station. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent base location for exploring the Cote D’Azur. Excellent secure parking, easy walk into Antibes Old Town. Pools were good, upper terrace with this property is a really good feature. Property was clean, adequate whilst a little tired and in need of updating.

Excellent accommodation in perfect location.

The property is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the old town. The accommodation block is luxurious and the pool and facilities are 5 star. Roland was very helpful and communication was very good and easy.

Great family oasis

We loved our stay in this spacious condo. The pools were clean and lovely. Great for children to play and parents to read and sun tan. I did not expect for the patio in the pictures to be our own but it was! Although laundry is not in the apartment it is in the condo complexe right beside the pool - so easy. The washing machine automatically provides detergent so know need to bring your own. The apartment has all that is needed to cook and two couches with one that pulls out from underneath. Plus a separate room with double bed. All very comfortable. Roland is a generous and kind host. Constantly asking if we had what we needed and encouraging us to enjoy our stay. And we did! Hope to return to Antibes again and would stay here again for sure! Thanks Roland.

Appartement bof

Emplacement au top Résidence sympa mais pas assez de transats. L'appartement n'est pas conforme les prises électriques a côté de l'évier et du lavabo. Pas de détecteur de fumée La literie est tres peu confortable Le mobilier est ancien manque de rangements Et d'ustensiles. Le frigo est vraiment trop petit.

Great location

This apartment is in a perfect location - near the port, old town, station, beach. It has everything you need - it's clean, has wifi, underground parking space, aircon etc. Roland was very helpful. The balcony is amazing and the pool complex is fantastic. We had a great holiday.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé dans le vieil Antibes. Commerces restaurants plage on peut tout faire a pied c est l ideal. La piscine est superbe les enfants ont adoré... Great stay, next to the old town

We had a great stay, the appartment is next to the old town. The swimming pools are very nice. The appartement has everything you need, and the "roof" terras is very spacious! The appartement itself can have a little update, but price wise it is good!

GREAT STAY IN CENTER OF ANTIBES

Rental is advertised, simple but efficient. Superbe location near the port,beach restaurants in the heart of Old Town. We were 3 people in the apartment (room for 4). What we really appreciated was free access all day to the swimming pools and jacusi. Large private terrace (up one flight of stairs) great for lunch (small barbecue) and relaxing. Host Roland very accommodating and available at all times. Good value for the price (especially for Antibes) Would gladly return.

Disappointed

Host didn't enter the check in, wifi info etc onto my account prior to arriving despite my requesting it. He met us at entrance , quickly told me the code but was impatient while I asked him to repeat it while I wrote it down. He didn't make sure the tv and wifi worked properly so we had to call him back. Worst by far was the neglected and run down state of the flat and it had not been cleaned at all. It was disgusting! Myy daughter used wet wipes to clean the plastic dining table for instance and they were black, as were her feet when she wiped them. This was immediately after he left. We will list everything in a formal complaint when we go home. After we complained about the dirt he sent a cleaner to wash the floors. The terracw is a very nice area but no mention was made in the description about the difficult to use spiral staircase, nor that adults couldn't sit up there in the evenings if children are in bed. The Pierre et Vacances resort itself, their outside spaces and the pools are excellent. But they could not make up for our very bad experience of the flat itself and the seemingly inept and incompetent host. By the second night we couldn't cope with the experience any more and I found other accommodation to move to, where I paid only 200 euros more for a week for a spacious CLEAN, well maibtained 2 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The stay there was a 50th birthday trip for my daughter as she and my young grandson love swimming.

Nous sommes allés en septembre, j’avais un peu peur, car plusieurs commentaires étaient négatifs au niveau de la peinture dans l’appartement, qui s’effritait un peu partout… mais belle surprise tout était refait. Le lieu est très agréable, à deux pas de tout, plage, port, restaurants, magasins… nous avons utilisé la voiture seulement pour sortir de la ville. Il y a deux terrasses et une énorme au-dessus de l’appartement qui en fait les dimensions… la seule suggestion que je pourrais émettre… c’est d’installer un jacuzzi privé sur cette belle et grande terrasse ☺️ nous avons été enchantés, si je retourne à Antibes, je le louerai à nouveau, sans hésiter

Fantastische locatie, zeer aangename gastheer

Zeer mooi locatie in een gebouw dat verhuurd wordt Pierre et Vacances. Dit is een deel van een privé eigenaar waarbij gasten gebruik kunnen maken van de faciliteiten van Pierre et Vacances. Het appartement is wat gedateerd en kan wat esthetische opsmuk gebruiken, maar het grote terras compenseert dit ruimschoots. De gastheer was een aangename man die ter beschikking stond voor vragen of suggesties! We hebben hier een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Awfull experience

The aprtement was in a really bad shape. The painting is falling off the ceilings and walls. Tiles were falling off and the overall finish is terrible. The apartement smelled badly and the interior was very old and worn out. It was dirty indside as well on the outside balcony. They make the impression they are a part of Pierre & Vacances which they are not apart from being situated in the same buildings as Pierre & Vacances. All in all its far from worth the amount they charge for it.
