Lovely Stay

Fabulous apartment near Antibes. Very well equipped, everything you could need and more. Lovely pool. Audrey was very friendly & helpful, really good communication.

Nice place close to beach

We enjoyed our stay here, good location 10min walk to Juan les pins beach and shops. A few patisseries close by. There is a supermarket a few mins driving. The car parking space underground is quite tight but manageable if you’re a good driver, we did manage to find spot on the street outside most days. The pool was very nice with the sun beds available! There are beach umbrellas for the beach bring your own beach towels unless you pay for beach clubs!

Superb holiday accommodation

Lovely apartment on a quiet complex, with some private residences so would suit families looking for a relaxed holiday. Situated within very close distance to some local amenities, and a slightly further walk of around 20 minutes to the busier towns. Beaches beautiful and within easy reach, excellent location to be able to explore the south coast. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities we required which included sun beds. The pool was clean, and well kept and not very crowded. Concierge service very friendly, helpful and provided details of local information. Would definitely return!

4 night break

We stayed here with three adults and two kids. The apartment is lovely and the location is fantastic. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to some lovely restaurants in Golfe Juan. If you stay here it is also well worth making the short trip to Antibes which is the most beautiful place I visited in the area. Yael, who helps with the check in process at the apartment, is really helpful and speaks very good English. She was flexible enough to accommodate both our early arrival and departure times and is an asset to the owner. The apartment has aircon, a dishwasher and all mod cons that you'd hope for. The pool view from the balcony is lovely too. I'd certainly stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Great stay!

Really lovely flat, lots of amenities nearby, great location for beaches and day trips along the Cote d'Azure. We really enjoyed having the balcony and the pool, garage was also useful (though a bit of a tight squeeze). You’ll need to bring your own sheets and towels or rent them out locally (this wasn't made clear in the Vrbo listing). A big thank you to Audrey who checked us in and out, she was so nice and accommodating. We'd happily stay here again.

Appartement et environnement très paisible.

Accueil sympa, appartement très bien agencé, bien équipé.Nous avons apprécié le calme dans la résidence et l'environnement. Commerces et plage à proximités (5 à 10 mn à pieds)Place de parking (garage sécurisé)Piscine (grande et non saturée).Très belle région et d'endroits à visiter.

Terrasse inutisable à cause de la climatisation extérieure, chambre enfants très petite.

Appartement proche commerces et belle piscine. Nous étions 4 adultes mais seulement 2 transats à la piscine. Avec la climatisation sur la terrasse, impossible de prendre les repas du midi et du soir

Schöne Ferien

Alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchten, war vorhanden. Waren sehr froh über die Klimaanlage! Cooler Pool, gute Lage. Haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Appartement bien équipe dans résidence tres agréable

Séjour très agréable grâce à plusieurs facteurs. Tout d’abord, une propriétaire consciencieuse et très accueillante. Un appartement bien agencé, propre et très pratique. Enfin une résidence à taille humaine, bien entretenue et bien située. Toutes ces conditions réunies nous ont permis de passer de très bonnes vacances! Expérience à renouveler ou à conseiller à nos proches sans hésitation!

Superbe séjour en famille

Excellent séjour Tout le confort nécessaire, piscine très agréable, immeuble calme, parfait ! Idéalement placé pour partir en voiture visiter les alentours Seul bémol, trop loin à pieds du centre pour faire un peu de shopping souvenir et les plages les plus proches ne sont pas les plus jolies car juste derrière le chemin de fer C'était très bien quand même !

Perfect location and great appartment for a family holidays!

We are a family of 3 ( with a 7 month old baby) from Germany. This appartment was perfectly located for us who did not have a car (bus to the airport stopping close by, supermaket nearby, beaches within walking distance, and buses to surrounded cities ...). The appartment is great. clean and quiet and has anything one could need (even a baby bed), with a sunny balkony overlooking the pool. We will definetly come back!

Super séjour appartement tres propre il ne manque rien et tres bien placé

Un super accueil avec une attention à l arrivée des locataires . Redsidence calme Tout peut se faire à pied plage , courses, centre ville et Francoise à tout prévue un book à dispo pour des loisirs , cartes des environs, les bus tout est bien pensé. On ne demande qu à y retourner. Merci francoise

calme, bien équipé, propre, spacieux, tout pour des vacances idéales

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement du 13 au 20 août 2016 : nous avons été ravis! Il est même plus beau qu'en photo, extrêmement bien équipé, les literies sont confortables, les autres résidents sont agréables et discrets. Il y a du soleil toute la journée si vous le voulez, car il y a un balcon à l'est et une grande terrasse à l'ouest (muni d'un store banne électrique pour ceux qui préfèrent l'ombre). La vue principale donne sur la grande piscine et sur le parc. Bref, je garde de mon séjour un sentiment de sérénité et de confort. A noter que nos deux enfants de 11 et 13 ans ont adoré la piscine (où nous avions nos fauteuils réservés) et l'accès internet!!! Merci à Madame Allamanno pour son accueil et sa disponibilité à chacun de mes appels téléphoniques.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT AU CALME

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement, agréable à vivre, spacieux, très bien équipé. Le location a répondu à toutes mes attentes en terme de confort et d'équipement. J'ai apprécié la terrasse avec son agréable vue sur la piscine et le jardin, ce fut très plaisant de pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur pour manger, boire un verre. La piscine est grande et est entourée d'un jardin magnifique, Je n'en garde que de bons souvenirs. La propriétaire est très sympathique ainsi que Yael, merci pour l'accueil chaleureux. Des vacances assurément très agréables, une adresse à recommandée.

super séjour

Appartement très agréable bien agencé et très mignon. Résidence très calme avec piscine proche de la mer 10 min et du centre ville 20 à minutes à pied. Séjour effectué sans véhicule et j'ai apprécié les bus permettant de se déplacer sur toute la côte et même jusqu'en Italie. A recommander n'hésitez pas à contacter la propriétaire elle est super sympa....

Super appartement

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement très bien équipé et propre. J'ai trouvé l'aménagement intérieur et la déco "cosy". On s'y sent chez soi. La résidence est calme et les gens sympathiques. L'espace piscine est un plus ! La situation géographique de l'appartement est idéale pour l'accès à la plage et les commerces. On peut tout faire à pied ! Je recommande !

Appartement très agréable

J'ai passé une semaine de vacances super . Très bon contact avec Mme Allamanno, qui est très arrangeante et disponible. Merci également à Yael qui a pris le temps de tout expliquer et qui est restée disponible le temps dus séjour. Petit clin d'oeil également aux résidents qui ont été adorables ! L'appartement est idéalement situé, pas besoin de prendre la voiture ni pour aller à la plage ni pour faire les courses. Le parc Marineland est à 10 minutes en voiture donc pas de bouchons, bref super ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Amazing spot

Location near bus stop, grocery stores, restaurants and a 10 min walk from the beach! The owner left us a book with all the attractions around and the bus schedules! Place is very clean with a private pool and a pretty nice view.

Parfait

L'appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Résidence sécurisée. La situation idéale, proche des commerces et de la plage qui est à même pas 10 min à pied. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Merci au propriétaire pour ces bon conseils!
