This unique Taylor Swift inspired apartment is located DIRECTLY ON Nashville's Music Row and the heart of Midtown. You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music and loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, +more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!

Experience Nashville like a TRUE LOCAL here on Music Row. This historic apartment is housed inside a 8 unit complex and you are walking distance to Midtown! Walk out your front door right onto Music Row (16th + 17th Ave) and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby's Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don't forget your camera - chances are you'll pass by some famous faces too! It's not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this town.

Full kitchen equipped with everything you might need to cook up a tasty meal at home should you choose.

A wonderful swift stay

The apartment was a surprise to my daughter who loves Taylor swift and it did not disappoint from the pictures, colors and vanity feature it was perfect for our family of 4. Great place and perfect location to go everywhere in the city.

Fun girls weekend in Great Location

The Swiftie Suite is in a great location, a quick drive to everything! Check in and check out were great. It was nice of the property manager, Melita, to reach out to offer any help if needed.

Location and simplicity

Visited our son at Vanderbilt - location is close to campus and the rest of mid-town/downtown. Nice to have a basic kitchen for simple meals and leftovers after sampling local restaurants.

Wonderful Getaway

Wonderful experience. Our family really wants to thank the management at COMO. We had to shift our vacation around last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and COMO went above and beyond to work with us. The room was picture worthy, beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Our daughter did not want to leave!

Long weekend

Apartment was clean & cutely decorated, but tight quarters in the bedroom & bathroom. Two of the beds were bunks, but comfortable. Closet was hard to get to. Large living area & decent kitchen, but needs a few supplies. Did not have a lot of seating. Good location & safe neighborhood. Be ready to climb Stairs.

Great location

Quiet safe location. Could use updates and atleast 1 kitchen towel would have been nice. We were comfortable and will stay here again when in town.

Reeked of smoke and could use some love

We smelled smoke before we even opened the door to the apartment, but thought perhaps someone had smoked a cigarette outside the door. But when we walked in the smell was awful. I immediately called the phone number with the listing and was told that she would bring over an ionizer to get rid of the smell. She came about 45 minutes later. However with the ionizer we had to leave the apartment while it worked and we were all hungry and tired and just wanted to hang out. After coming back the smell had dissipated a lot, but there was still the faint smell in the air and the carpet and sofa still smelled. Unfortunately we then felt dirty and the place seemed dirty for the rest of our one night stay. I can't imagine that the cleaners would not have smelled the smoke or perhaps it was the cleaners who smoked? The apartment itself is fine and fit our family. It could use a little love. The blinds in the living room almost fell down when we tried to lower it. The hand towel rack fell off the wall when we put our towels on it. The area seems nice and central to many things, but with COVID we did not go many places. And the owner was very attentive with the smoke issue, but she did not seem surprised that we had the issue, so perhaps it has happened before.
