Conveniently located within walking distance to Whole Foods, local dining spots, and just a short drive to the beach.

You have access to the entire room with the exception of the single owners lock closet.

You are residing in a home located inside a hotel complex. Room service and front desk calls are not possible being a private resident unit. As you are a private guest of ours, we will greet you upon arrival and properly register you as our guest at the front desk. Check in is from 4 PM to 11PM. Check in time is strictly no later than 11PM. We do not check in guests to this location after 11PM. This will include flight delay or any arrival delay issues that may occur as a guest traveling. Consider alternative lodging if needed for you first night. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. There is a pharmacy convenience store located across the street with a large selection for personal needs. Extra services such as cleaning, towel exchange, and refresh amenities are to be requested and paid for in advance of at least 24 hours to schedule. Please enquire for pricing. Proper ID is required on arrival, booking name must match the reservation name exactly. If you have an issue please consider calling a member of our team as we are accessible throughout your stay. Messages via platforms are not always the quickest form of communication when needed.

Unless otherwise arranged, check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.

11:00 AM checkout is mandatory due to our cleaning and tight turn over schedule, please mind the arriving guests after you expects to be in at 4:00 PM. As much as we would love to allow a late check out it is not possible. Concierge can store luggage if needed for later departures for a minimal cost.

Please keep in mind you are solely our guest, in our private suite. In the event of a problem or emergency, you must contact our team, 24 hours a day.

You are leasing a privately owned Unit operating independently from the Hotel. You are our private guest, and not one of the Hotel. This may result in some amenity limitations such as maid service and no front desk calls. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities for a few days. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. We do provide daily maid services on request at current rates. Discounts apply for multiple cleanings. Check in at the front desk Hotel guest must be provided a picture ID for guest verification and registration on arrival matching the reservation name. All rules and policy mirror the hotel guest policy. No Smoking anywhere in the hotel or hotel grounds. Owner or owner’s agent may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed-upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters, or contractors. The owner will attempt to provide renters with at least 24 hours notice of Owners’ intent to enter when possible (except in the case of an emergency)
You are staying in a privately owned unit within a hotel complex. As this is a private residence, room service and front desk calls are not available. We will personally greet you upon arrival and ensure you are properly registered at the front desk. Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM and must be scheduled in advance. The unit comes with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities. Since this is a vacation rental, these items are not replenished unless housekeeping services are requested and scheduled during your stay. Additional services like cleaning, towel exchange, and amenities refresh must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. For pricing, please contact us directly.

Upon arrival, a valid photo ID is required, and the booking name must match the reservation name exactly. Should you need assistance during your stay, please contact a member of our team directly. Messaging via platforms is not always the quickest way to reach us.

By making a payment, you agree to the following rules and policies:

The guest must be at least 25 years old and will be an occupant of the property for the entire reserved stay. Additional occupants must be family or friends. Unauthorized persons are not allowed and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
The maximum occupancy is four people, not including a child in a crib. No keys will be issued to anyone under 25 years of age.
Valet parking is available on-site at the current rate.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. No refunds are provided for early departures. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued. We recommend considering travel insurance.
No pets are allowed. Evidence of pets will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit and additional cleaning fees.
No open flames, such as candles, are allowed in the unit or on the balcony.
The property must be left in the same condition as found upon check-in. All dishes must be cleaned, and garbage disposed of properly in designated areas.
The owner or their agents may enter the unit in emergencies, for necessary repairs, or to provide agreed-upon services with at least 24 hours’ notice, except in emergencies.
Any damages or lost linens will be deducted from the deposit. Refunds are not provided for temporary outages of utilities or services.
For any urgent matters, please contact us immediately. In case of emergencies and if we are not reachable, you may contact security or the front desk.

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with using shared amenities such as the community pool and patio area. Please report any maintenance needs to us, and we will address them as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time at our discretion.
