âą A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking
âą Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay
âą Outdoor pools typically open around April 1st and close in September
âą Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed to park at Sand Dunes Resort; alternate parking accommodations must be arranged
âą Check-in instructions will be provided and must be picked up at our office before going to the unit
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
