The view is amazing. There is none better in all of orange beach. Step out onto the private balcony of this charming corner unit for a beautiful direct view of sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico.

You will find the living area with comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bedroom has a KING bed. Additional twin bunk beds with safety guard, and a queen sleeper sofa separated by a pocket door for privacy to accommodate other family members.

This is going to be our get away place and more than just a rental.
Quality furnishings include two flat-screen tvs with DVD players, a well equipped updated kitchen with modern counter-tops, and a renovated bathroom with glass enclosed shower, new tile floors and new vanity. In addition, a few vintage furniture pieces add to the charm.

This 36-unit low density complex makes for an easy access to the elevator as well as a spacious beach area. Guests also have access to our locked storage closet located beach side to store your beach items or feel welcome to use our chairs and umbrellas.

In the heart of Orange Beach, our unit is minutes from a wide selection of the best seafood you will find anywhere. After a day of adventure, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing and other water sports, come home to a beautiful sunset viewed from you private balcony. We hope you enjoy our place as much we do.

Emerald Sky

The apartment was clean, furnished well and taken care of. It was just right for two people. The complex was quiet. We saw very few other people but when we did they were very polite and nice. The only draw back was the garbage truck that came every morning at 4:00 and emptied the dumpsters. Good thing we are early risers.

Million Dollar View and Great Little Condo!

My hubs and I needed to get away from the dreary Ohio weather and found Susan's cute condo for the 4 days that we needed. It's impressively decorated, had everything you needed to cook whatever you want and a gift! This place will not disappoint. Thank you, Susan!

Perfect Getaway Place

We came down for a long weekend in January for a ‘after-the-holidays’ break. The unit was exactly as described and nicely decorated.It’s hands-down the nicest unit we’ve stayed in yet!Even though winter temperatures followed us down there, we stayed cozy and warm inside while enjoying the view of the gulf.We definately want to return, and soon!

Emerald Sky Condo 56

The condo was very clean and had anything you would need to make a wonderful vacation, except food. The Richardsons went above and beyond to make the stay a great time. was probably the best we have ever had while staying in Orange Beach. Very comfortable and cozy! Just like home!!!

Great location, lacking amenities

First, the location right on the beach was fantastic and the place was clean. The owner did respond very promptly when we had questions. My husband and I have stayed at many VRBOs and the owners have always had basic things such as a spice rack, tea bags, sugar, honey coffee, baggies and the little things that you tend to use daily. This place had none. The only thing was a salt and pepper shaker. Nothing else. There was no way we could cook without having to purchase a bunch of stuff that we would have then had to pack and that we already had at home. There was a notebook full of restaurants from between 2011-2019. Very few were up to date. We got excited only to be let down because it was not helpful. We basically felt like we were staying in a very expensive hotel room. In fact, the hotel next door was beautiful and much less expensive. Again, the owner was great so if you want a bigger space and a great location, this is for you, but if you are looking for the extras, I'd look elsewhere.

Perfect, again

My third stay and hopefully not my last. This is ideal for a couple or just 2 or 3 people. The location is fantastic and getting in and out of the property is a breeze. The condo is well maintained and communication is seamless. In spite of less than perfect weather we had a great time.

Emerald Skye was the first complex, at the beach, that Jim and I visited together.
We enjoyed the low density complex and beach area and visited here on numerous occasions over the years. Jim and I love being near the ocean, so when we begin to consider a purchase, this was a natural consideration for us. And, we love it.

When we first walked through that door and continued into the family room, we fell in love with this view - the sounds, the privacy, and that view. We looked at other small condos, but none compared to the unobstructed view we found here.
