Wonderful Spot

Great little bach right on the beach. Safe swimming beach for kids. So nice to listen to the sea at night and wake up to sunrise over the water. A special place that i came to many times as a child, nice to stay again with my grandkids.

Magical place, fantastic location.

We all really loved our stay in your bach. Thank you for sharing it with us. 3 year old grandson spent all day playing in the sand and didn't want to leave. It is a magical place. The bach itself is beautifully kept and has everything you need. We loved it.

Lovely little Bach right on the beach. We had a great time even in winter. Recently renovated and nice and warm with the heat pump. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome bach right on beach

Arrived to a very clean, tidy bach with everything needed for a lovely stay. The view is amazing - and access to beach is down the front stairs. We enjoyed our stay so much, and want to go back next summer.

Property was filthy

On arrival, toilet, vanity unit and shower had not been cleaned. Food scraps on dining benches. Window left open so sand and rain had blown in on bedding. bedding was damp. Spent first hour of our stay cleaning the property!

Amazing beachfront property

Clean, modern home perfect for our family. Beach view is just stunning and great for swimming and walking plus option for fishing. Will definitely bring my gear next time.

Just perfect!

Weather wasn't great but we still had fun! Enjoyed what the surrounding area had to offer, but most of all enjoyed our very comfortable stay and exquisite sea views!

A little gem

Cute ocean bach with all the amenities although the weather was stormy we were nice and toasty just watching the waves. Bed was very comfy thank you for a lovely weekend away 😊 highly recommend

Fabulous Location

We loved our stay at Martins Bay. The location is awesome. Kitchen facilities are good, the shower base is cracked (it was the same last year when we visited too), the shower drain is broken and the shower curtain shows mould. The duvee covers are due for laundering - a bit musty.

Great all round!

Our family usually camps at Martin's Bay every year, but this year we were looking for an alternative as the weather usually washes us out. This bach is perfect!! Love the location right on the beach. AND it is so well appointed - you really don't need to bring much with you. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay - we are looking forward to staying next year again!

Location unique and revitalizing

We have been here on many occasion. The location is unique and we love the get away feel and elavated views and good old kiwi batch. We have got to know Graham on site Mgr. He is always obliging. The unit is due for a bit of a spring clean - black mould around base of shower and window trims in bed rooms lots of black mould building up. Not sure how often the duvet covers are cleaned, but definitely due again.

Great Location

My wife, our toddler, and two friends stayed this past weekend and had a great time. Location is unbeatable, with the beach right at your doorstep and the early morning sun shining through the windows to start the day. Appliances are modern. Only drawback was the cleanliness. We felt like the bedrooms (duvets, pillows, etc) hadn't been cleaned in a while. Shower hadn't been cleaned either. In any case, we loved the location and would happily come back again. Stefan & Ella

Great beachfront holiday

We had a fantastic holiday, right on the beach. Nice views, kitchen had all we needed, and we appreciated the heat pump to cool down the house for sleeping in the evening.
