Bara 100m till stranden. 1 och 1/2 timmar från Auck. Det finns plats för alla här. Bra strand hus för en stor grupp eller två familjer semestra tillsammans. Full inhägnad sektion, fem bra storlek sovrum, stor lounge och matplats. Ett hem hemifrån. Protokoll till fantastisk surfing, fiske, dykning, segling, golf, kajakpaddling, marina / fågelreservat etc .......

Fastigheten ligger inom några meter till den vackra vita sandstranden i Ruakaka (Safe Patrolled Swimming). Lätt att nypa tillbaka för det glömda objektet, till dusch, lunch, etc. Bra ställe för simning, surfing, boogie boarding, fiske, samla skaldjur eller strandvandring. Det finns också en flodmynning med djurreservat.

Bara 90 minuter norr om Auckland och 25 minuter söder om Whangarei City, har Ruakaka mycket att erbjuda besökaren:
* 5 minuters bilresa till den fantastiska Waipu 18-håls all väder golfbana
* 10 minuters bilresa till båt rampen vid One Tree Point, fantastisk segling, fiske och dykning att ha haft!
* 10 minuters bilresa till Waipu by med det är många kaféer / restauranger, små butiker och museum
* 15 minuters bilresa till Waipu Caves och gångväg
* 5 minuters bilresa till Ruakaka centrum, där det finns en Supervalue snabbköp, videouthyrning butik, GP, café, krog
* 5 minuters promenad till lokalt mejeri
* Även i området finns fiske och dykning charter, kajak hyra, hästkackor och några fantastiska kör landskap

Beläget i den främre delen av paradisets stränder med liten havsutsikt, är det här den perfekta platsen för att träffas, koppla av och njuta av denna fantastiska strand
Speciella villkor:
Jul till Waitangi helg (1 vecka i februari) - endast veckovis bokning. Utan högsäsong - gäller en vistelse för helgdagar och 2 nätters vistelse på helgerna.
$ 400 obligation för alla vistelser, återbetalas vid retur av nyckeln och en tillfredsställande inspektion av egendom.

Great bach for two families

Great place to relax for a long weekend. The bach is huge with plenty of space, and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Quality bedding and towels. Numerous outside areas to sit and relax in. Plenty of on road parking. Very short stroll to the beach, and to the dairy. On a rainy day it's a short drive to the Waipu Caves which are great fun.Great communication with the bach owners too.

Another fabulous stay

We enjoyed this Bach for our 3rd year in a row. Thanks for connecting the outdoor shower, was used for all feet cleaning easily when back from the beach! Will be booking again for next summer :)

Fabulous week

We had another great stay at this holiday home. Our second year staying here and we love it. The renovations of the interior are fantastic and the location is perfect. A wonderful holiday home for 2 families. We are going to book again for next summer - Thank you!

Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing

Nice property, spacious, good indoor outdoor flow. Close to beach. Maybe will need a makeover in the near future. But we were very happy.

Wonderful venue for a relaxing family holiday!

The bach was just the right place for our family reunion, some from overseas. It was wonderfully close to the beach and the house is well designed for a relaxing holiday. It does however, need some maintenance, as all houses do. But communication with the host on this was very positive and I can commend them on their bach. I hope to stay there again.

Terrible property

This property is the dirtiest and least maintained we have ever stayed in across New Zealand. This meant that upon arrival on Friday my husband and I spent most of the day cleaning rather than having a holiday with our little girl, before our guests arrived on the Saturday morning:( The kitchen counters were sticky, and dust covered, the toaster has never been cleaned out, the kettle had pieces of stuff coming off its inside when boiled, the microwave was not cleaned and we had to wash all of the plates, cups, glasses and utensils before use. The pans in the kitchen are rusted and the rust came off onto the eggs we tried to make on Sunday morning. The floors had balls of dust and hair everywhere in the living area, dining room and all the bedrooms. The matrasses had bugs and human hairs of different colors on it (we only saw this on the day we left as we were instructed to clean all the lined and the whole house before we left), a courtesy we were definitely not afforded. The linen in the twin single room was dusty:( The toilet had urine and black curly hairs on it upon arrival. Neither the baths nor the sinks were cleaned. The BBQ was used but has not been cleaned in a very long time, and the grills could not be leaned well enough to actually use so we had to organise for our own grills to be brought with friends from Auckland. We discussed the fact that the place was so dirty with the owner face-to-face on Friday, who responded by saying that "well this is Kiwi-bach rules, you get the place the way it's left by the previous people". This was surprising as we were the first people to go into this house for summer, meaning the owners did not clean it/have it cleaned since it was closed up in winter. This was a terrible experience for 3 families with small children. Supplying a clean place is the MOST IMPORTANT thing we needed but was not granted. This after I was sent instructions a week prior to arrival of how the house needed to be cleaned, linen washed and dried and replaced (this was not on the house rules when I booked it). The only positive is the location and the size of the house.

Summary and Feedback of our stay

1. Communication with host is good. 2. Location and neighborhood is great. 3. We did not use the oven as it was mouldy and dirty. 4. Pots and pans was not cleaned properly. ( suggest replacing some.of them). 5. Overall , it was a relaxing place to stay.
