Helt ny, välutrustad lägenhet med två sovrum, helt fristående. Beläget i närheten av huvudbyggnaden men är en separat byggnad. En parkeringsplats tilldelas för gäster, med extra parkering vid behov. Fastigheten ligger i en lugn cul-de-sac, mycket privat och har en säkerhetsport. Parkering finns också för en båt.

Vi ligger vid Ruakaka-floden och bara 2 minuters bilresa till Ruakaka Surf Beach, Bream Bay. Bara en kort bilresa till Marsden Point Marina i världsklass (5 km). Waipu (10 km), Waipu Cove & Whangarei City ligger alla inom räckhåll.

Perfect spot to explore the area

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful peaceful place to spend for 3 days. We where able to explore the beach which was relatively close just a shhort drive from the home. The 2 small shopping areas where within easy reach one was only a short walk from the home and the other was a short drive away. I would give it in our eyes a 5 star rating. We also enjoyed a walk along the river.

Clean and comfy

It was a lovely place to stay....clean and very comfortable. There is not alot to do in the area except the beach BUT....if Ruakaka is your destination, this is the place to stay!

Little slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Ruakākā and the accommodation was perfect for us. Very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed and it made for a very relaxing start to our holiday. Really close to ammenities and the most wonderful beach!!

Comfortable little cottage

My friend and I stayed for a weekend. The cottage is comfortable and clean. It has everything needed, even nice pillows. One thing to note is that the front sliding door comes in through a bedroom. There is another entrance one the other side that can be used so it's not a huge issue. I would happily stay again.

Relaxing

Due to the terrible weather some days ,we were able to play board games that were in the home stay. We had a very relaxing time. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Lovely outlook

Family Holiday

We ended up just having a short stay due to the weather which was disappointing as it was a lovely, clean house perfect for our family and in a beautiful spot. The hosts were very helpful with information and really understanding when we had to leave early - very appreciated!

Excellent accommodation

This accommodation was perfect for our stay. Set in a peaceful location on the rivers edge, beautifully clean, and fully-equipped with everything we needed. We received great communication from our hosts, which made check in a breeze. Ideally situated close to the motocross track, supermarket and shops. Would highly recommend as a place to stay, and will hopefully return some time in the future! Thanks.

Extremely Comfortable Unit

Lovely clean unit. Fits description perfectly. Close to all necessary amenities. Even though it rained most of the time was very comfortable. Hosts provided excellent service.
