Welcome to Folly Wobble on Folly Beach! This single family home is perfect for families looking to stay oceanfront with panoramic views. Enjoy direct beach access and a full-length oceanfront porch.

Quaint home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably sleep 6 people. The 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are on the main level of the home. Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare the family meals and easily gather around the dining room table to dine indoors, or take everything outside to eat or relax at the picnic table on the covered porch. After a day in the sun, rinse off with the hose or outdoor shower, and relax in the hammocks feeling the cool ocean breeze. The 2nd bathroom is a full bathroom located under the house for easy trips from the beach.

The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach is about 3 miles away to all beach shops, seasonal markets on select days of the week, live music, Folly Beach Pier for a stroll or fishing, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. A short distance away from Folly Wobble is the Morris Island Lighthouse beach, which offers a serene beach walk and picturesque lighthouse views.

Downtown Charleston is also only a 25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment. Neighboring towns of James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Isle Of Palms, & Wild Dunes all have something special to offer, whether you are a foodie, into golf, historic sites, or craft brews.

Folly Wobble is strictly non-smoking, no pets, and is a family vacation rental. *Kayaks are not for guest use.* Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We hope to see you soon!

Great week at the beach

We really loved Folly Wobble; close to town but far enough up the road that there was hardly anyone on the beach. Fantastic covered front porch overlooking the beautiful beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location

We loved this home and would rent it again. The locations is wonderful and the beach is quiet and huge. A few things to note….the bathroom below the house is not accessible from inside the home (you have to go outside and down a set of stairs so I wouldn’t count it as a bathroom to use while getting ready), the covered patio’s furniture could use an update, and the kitchen could be stocked better. These are not things that would deter us from renting again, but things that might be helpful to know ahead of time depending on the mid of the group renting. Enjoy!

Great beach house

Our stay at Folly Wobble was great! The hammocks were perfect for relaxing and the views were spectacular! We will definitely stay again. The house had all the essentials and was very clean and comfortable.

Great Stay at Folly!

Cute beach house at the far end of Folly. We enjoyed surf fishing most days and otherwise enjoying the day with a beautiful view! Already looking forward to our next trip to Folly :)

Charming Oceanfront Vacation Home

The house was very charming. The interior was nicely renovated and had great decor. The kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of cooking items. The bath towels were very nice quality. The bathrooms were nicely laid out. I love the location of the home and easy access to the beach. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Outstanding Location

Folly Wobble was wonderful! Right on the ocean on the quiet end of Folly Beach. Loved waking up each morning pulling back the curtain and seeing the sunrise over the ocean. The house was clean, comfortable, and the space was functional. Our days were relaxed and we enjoyed being right on the ocean. It’s location also allowed us to walk to Morris Lighthouse to watch the sunset.

Relaxing seaside retreat

We loved our spring break getaway at Folly Wobble! The house was very clean, well-maintained and a perfect size for our family of four. From the beautiful sunrises to the awesome beach weather to the delicious food, fun was had by all :) Highlights: - Sunrise from the deck every morning - Fishing guide: Charleston Charter Fishing (awesome trip catching some monster redfish!) - Beach walks down to Morris Island Lighthouse - Yummy dinner at Taco Boy (the BBQ Brisket taco was a fav!) - Easy day trip to Charleston (Peace Pie ice cream sandwiches are delish!) The only hiccup (and it's super minor) was that our check-in email specified that the house had a Keurig as the available coffeemaker and so we only packed Kcups for the trip. However, when we arrived, there was a regular drip coffee maker and no Keurig, so we had to make a special trip out to the store to pick up some ground coffee. Again, it wasn't a huge deal, but just an FYI for those heading to Folly Wobble in the near future ;) Looking forward to our next visit to Folly Beach :)

Beautiful Folly Beach location!

Everything that we could have hoped for and more for an amazing beach vacation. Just steps to the beach where we spent most of our time-building sand castles, sea shell hunting, and swimming. We are excited to return next year!

Great location, beautiful views of the ocean!

This cozy bungalow has beautiful oceanfront views, especially from the screen porch and seating area. Only steps to the sandy beachfront for nice walks along the shore. We really enjoyed our stay, and would come back! .A kettle to boil water, and loftier bed pillows are just minor suggestions.

Impeccably clean home with gorgeous ocean views. Deck safe for my toddler which was a huge plus, would definitely stay here again! Kitchen well appointed and grill worked well, cooked here every night which was great. Thanks again!
