Du behöver inte titta längre, du hittade det! Cabana Blue är en öflykt som passar perfekt för en liten grupp vänner eller familj. Denna unika egendom är en triplex med övervåningen 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet "Cabana Blue Seascape", välutrustade 1 sovrum / 1 bad svit med vardagsrum, "Cabana Blue Couples" och nedervåningen 2 sovrum / 2 badresa, "Cabana Blue Oas.'

"Cabana Seascape", är en renoverad två sovrum / två bad svit. High end uppdateringar som rostfria vitvaror, sten counter toppar och anpassade skåp mesh perfekt med den subtila strand tema dekor.

När du går in i fastigheten utanför balkongen hälsas du omedelbart av ett charmigt, öppet vardagsrum och matplats. Vardagsrummet har bekväm soffa och två stolar framför en stor platt-TV. Taket i träbjälken och träpanelens tillgång vägg förbättrar kustnära atmosfären.

Köket och matplatsen är på höger sida av lägenheten med marmor matbord och ö samt rostfria vitvaror. Den blå kaklade bakplattan lägger till just rätt mängd komplementär färg.

Ner i den korta salen är det ljusa och luftiga sovrummet. Liksom alla sovrum i Cabana Blue finns gott om plats för vila och avkoppling. Varje rum har en inbyggd garderob med en förvaringsbänk, hyllor, hängande utrymme som fördubblas som läshörna! Tvärs från sovrummet är ett stort badrum med en vackert kaklat badkar / dusch kombination och en full dubbel fåfänga. Porthole speglar och blå väggar är en subtil påminnelse om havet bara några steg bort.

På baksidan av huset finns sovrummet. Komplett med en bekväm, minne skum madrass och king size-säng. Befälhavaren sviten har eget badrum med en helkaklat duschkabin, dubbla handfat och gott om förvaring. Detta stora badrum lägger till lyxen i lägenheten.

Perfect Escape!

Amazing views! Wake up right on the beach and enjoy coffee listening to the waves! One of our favorite vacation places ever. We grilled on the deck, walked on the beach, shopped in downtown Folly Beach, spent a day in Charleston. Only issue, twin beds not so comfy, those could be updated. Other than that, we can't wait to go back!!

Outstanding Property

Incredible view. Well appointed. Exceptionally clean. Great proximity to shops and restaurants and a comfortable drive into the historic district. Ubers were easily found (only minutes away). We'll definitely be returning to this property for a longer visit!

Steps from beach

Lovely tri-plex right on the water. Very comfortable bed in master. Love the view of ocean and accessibility. We loved it. Nice grill. The company does advise there are limited supplies; there was not even salt/pepper or coffee filters. Not terrible, but good to know - we had to make another trip to grocery.

Great property except for the internet. If you watch TV it constantly buffers. It did this the entire 7 days. It would also be much easier if you used cypher locks vs keys.

Items you need to bring…

Property is lovely with amazing view. I recommend bringing the following: kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, blankets (no blankets on bed only a thin coverlet, no blankets at all in unit) and most importantly decent toilet paper!! Be prepared for traffic to get into Folly Beach (2 lane road)..we were there on Easter Weekend but not sure if it is as busy at other times. The bottom is one unit, the 2 window doors is one unit (the one we stayed in) and the couples unit is on the right side. 1 mile walk to pier on flat beach is very easy. We loved the place. :)

Description not telling full truth

You are not renting the house, you are renting 1/3 of the house. This house is made into 3 separate rentals listed separately. Description did not mention this. We have twi boys so wanted to rent a house so we didnt have to worry about noise and us coming and going. Was a nice clean place and it is right on the beach. Would stay here again, just would of been nice to know up front sharing house with others.

The location was amazing. Being able to walk from the patio to the beach was the best part of our trip. It was a little far from the center of town where all the restaurants are but that made it nice and quiet. The people staying in the other units on the property were friendly.

Perfect Location

Seascape-Cabana Blue is PERFECTLY located on Folly Beach! We loved walking out the door and down the beach access walkway right to the beach! We also loved the fact that we were far enough away from the main public beach access down near the pier-which was jam packed! We enjoyed the family atmosphere. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short beach vacation.

Exactly What We Wanted!

Perfect! Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The house is great for 2-4 people, which was perfect for myself, 2 sisters and my mom. Being so close to all the action in town was great, too! This was our first visit to Folly and we loved it!

Spectacular time!

We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal location, exactly as described!

Loved our stay here. Spacious property exactly as pictured—lots of open space in the kitchen/dining area. Deck and chairs are great for morning coffee. Is just a mile down from Pier which is a GREAT thing—perfect morning beach walks, not crowded this time of year. Weather was dicey so we never walked into town, but could have. Beds were amazing, fresh linens, bath toiletries, and plenty of towels—we needed to bring nothing. Kitchen was well appointed, we cooked daily breakfast, and fridge was immaculate. Easy checkin and simple checkout. Would love to stay here again!

Outstanding location

We have stayed here several times. The location is outstanding. We loved walking on the beach each day as well as the proximity to downtown Folly and resources like grocery, etc. We will be back again.

everything was great, the communication with the host (dunes vacation rental ) was great. i checked in on thanksgiving day and had a few questions that were answered within minutes. would stay there again.

Weekend at Folly

As a previous VRBO property owner, I am always quite critical of the properties we book. This one did not dissappoint! Very clean and location was great. I was unable to find a LARGE fry pan ( there were several small and medium ones). The blinds looking out to the ocean did not really work properly and were in need of some love and care. I wished there had been hand towels provided. The charcoal grill needed replacing as one leg had completely rusted and broken. The gas grill was a victim of salt air on the outside and I did not check the inside as it was being used by the others sharing the property. There were plenty of bath towels and wash clothes but no hand towels for the bathrooms. Bed was very very comfortable! Appliances were in great shape! Thanks for sharing your home. We had a great weekend!!

Excellent Place

Our family was very comfortable in the space. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The only improvements I can suggest would be upgrade the televisions with smart tvs. It would be nice to relax after a long day in the sun to watch some Netflix with the family. Also you could quicken the check-in/out process by addding coded smart locks. Stopping to pick up and drop off keys seems archaic I’m 2022. Lastly, the deck could use some TLC. Splinters we’re a hazard. Still an amazing stay. Would definitely do it again.

Great Stay at Seascape @ Cabana Blue

Located in the Cabana Blue house, Seascape was clean and everything worked well. It was plenty large enough for our party of 2 couples- the king bed was nice and the twin beds were ok. When staying here, you share the deck with 1 other party staying in the 'Couples' unit and another party stays downstairs. It was a good setup- we made new friends! The house is very close to the beach by Folly Beach standards, just a short walk- very nice. I highly recommend!
