BRAND NYT LISTA - Gästhus i high-end privat mini-Estate i South PS

Detta 1948-byggda arkitektoniska hem designades av arkitekten Alan Siple och utvecklades av Paul Trousdale som senare fortsatte med att bygga Trousdale Estates i Los Angeles .. Nuvarande ägare ombyggde och renoverade bostaden 2007 med en konst- och spa-estetik och omfattar en muromgärdad förening bestående av huvudbyggnaden (ägd av ägare) och ett fristående gästhus på 650 + kvm, avskilt av en loggia med öppen spis. Känd som Casa de Arte har hem- och konstsamling samlats i många publikationer. Idealisk gäst skulle vara en säsongsbetonad hyresgäst som letar efter lugn njutning av ökenlivsstilen eller en besökare som kommer in i staden för en speciell händelse som modernismveckan, Palm Springs Art Fair eller Coachella Music Festival. Vårt stadstillstånd nummer är PS8003. Staden tar ut en avgift på 11%. 5% av transiteringsbelopp för vistelser under 28 dagar.

Absolute perfection!

We had such a fabulous stay! Stan and Gil were gracious hosts and offered us treats and snacks throughout our stay as well as great info on local restaurants and must-see attractions.The pool and hot tub were fabulous as well as outdoor eating area and a screened in porch. The casita is gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed riding the bikes they had onsite- there is a great bike trail system right across the street. We will surely stay here again! Thanks Gil and Stan!

Paradise in Palm Springs

We loved our stay on Gil and Stan’s beautiful property! The guest house was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need. The pool area in the backyard was a dream. Stan and Gil took great care of us, even providing popsicles to beat the heat, and an ice pack for my knee injury. We are so thankful for their hospitality at their incredible home!

Wonderful Experience

We loved the property, location and delightful hosts. Gil & Stan couldn't have been more hospitable. Their response to any questions were quick and helpful. I'd highly recommend the Casita for a short or longer stay in Palm Springs.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay with Gil & Stan- they were such gracious hosts, and their property is beautiful. Great quiet location, all the amenities we needed and Gil & Stan had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and to-dos in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Palm Springs Rental

This guest house is gorgeously decorated, has amazing art and a fabulous pool/hot tub area. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating and the location is ideal. We will definitely be back!

BEST Palm Springs Stay!

This place exceeded our expectations! We absolutely loved staying here for Coachella. It was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay. When we weren’t out at the festival we were lounging at the pool. Stan and Gil were excellent hosts!! We would 100% stay here again!

Great Quiet getaway!

The property is beautiful with a large inviting pool area. Everything was quality and all our needs were surpassed. The owners were there the day we left they were very friendly, concerned all our needs had been met and sent us off with a parting gift!

We loved our stay at this property. Places to eat inside and out,. Waking up to a beautiful view of the pool and palm trees. A spa with powerful jets. Privacy and comfort. Wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again anytime we're visiting Palm Springs.

Beautiful Property and View of Mountains

This property was perfect for our visit to Palm Springs. The home has been featured in the media for its art and we enjoyed seeing the collection. The multiple sitting areas (sun and shade), pool, and spacious guesthouse all made for a comfortable, serene, and beautiful setting. The property is immaculate. We enjoyed chatting briefly with the owner each day and would definitely stay again.

Relaxing getaway

This property is not only gorgeous and well-maintained, but the art is a treat for the eyes. The casita is private and spacious, with a comfortable cal-king bed. We enjoyed the loggia area throughout the day, and the fireplace made it perfect for cool evenings. To complete our experience, the hosts, Gil and Stan were gracious, kind, and informative. We look forward to our next stay here.

Shhhhh Fantastic Find

Had a fantastic stay here. There is every thing you need here and more, along with helpful, considerate but non intrusive hosts. Due to health reasons we had to self cater a lot of the time but everything we needed is here to do that along with several full service supermarkets nearby.. The pool, gardens and home made for a perfect relaxing vacation. We will be back.

I would give this property 10 stars if I could!

This is a delightful property with easy access to just about anywhere you want to go in Palm Springs. The property was so nice, however, you may not want to leave. From the more than gracious hosts, to the beautiful art, to the comfy bed, there is just no reason to leave. I hesitate to leave a glowing review because I am afraid it will never be available again. Thank you Stan and Gil!

Privacy behind the walls of this mini estate. Natural sun bathing permitted. Here is a recent guest review: "This guest house and property was our best ever vacation rental. The location is quiet and close to all amenities. Multiple outdoor seating options, well designed pool, perfect water temperature in the hot months, love the floating mats provided. Comfortable bed, high end linens, thick fluffy indoor and outdoor towels, well appointed kitchen. Art and sculpture was an added bonus. Hosts provided excellent dining and excursion suggestions; they did everything to make our stay exceptional. We enjoyed Palm Springs and we were definitely in a 5 or 6 star resort. Restful and relaxing 10 days and we hope to return again. We would give this vacation rental a 10 stars rating if we could!"
