Seaspray Beach Villa - semesterhus vid stranden

Detta hem har alla attributen i en "Pacific" design - med högt i tak, synliga takbjälkar, takventiler och takfläktar som ger svala och luftiga bostäder, medan det italienska designerköket och den öppna matsalen tillåter ett urval av avslappnad eller mer formell mat .
Det finns två drottning sovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum perfekt för barn. Det stora sovrummet och tvåbäddsrummet kan dela gemensam tillgång till det stora badrummet om så önskas, medan det andra badrummet serverar de återstående gästerna. Alla sovrum har inbyggda garderober.
Loungen ger en mysig tillflyktsort från det stora vardagsrummet för att läsa, skriva, titta på TV / DVD, lyssna på musik eller bara titta på de ständigt föränderliga stämningarna i havet.
Två stora tvåfaldiga dörrar öppnar från matplatsen till det expansiva däck för utomhus- matsal, solbad, solnedgångscocktails eller tillgång till stranden. Däck kan också åtkomst via stora skjutdörrar från både sovrummet och loungen. Om du vill ha en förändring från stranden, kan du njuta av en tropisk frukost som sitter på köksön med bakgrund av Rarotongas spektakulära berg.
Staden Avarua ligger bara 4 minuter bort med bil medan den idylliska lagunen Muri Beach och Sailing Club ligger cirka 9 minuter i motsatt riktning. Busservice runt ön stoppar vägarna och inte bara är den mycket pålitlig, det är ett perfekt sätt att se ön och få dina lager när du anländer först.
I staden hittar du hyrbilar, motorcyklar och cyklar, tillsammans med butiker, banker, stormarknader, restauranger, caféer etc.

A very relaxing time. A home away from home , everything that is needed was there. Enjoyed the privacy, close to town and main tourist attractions . A really enjoyable stay and keen to come back

What a lovely place

Lovely light and airy beach house, big deck looking over sheltered garden and our own private path to beach. The house was comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for the whole family ( 4 adults). Fully self contained. Good communication with helpful host. Would love to go back and stay there again!

Large well located house at Matevera

Everything was great. Quiet spot. Very roomy house with bifold doors onto the front deck and insect screens on the windows. High ceilings and fans. We had a huge storm the first night which was very noisy with the surf against the coral - but a real experience. There is a short bush-track to the coral beach. Its not a great swimming spot out the front due to the reef but Muri Beach is near-by. Great coffee shop across the road. Didn't use the BBQ but there is one there. Good cooking facilities. Bathroom between 2 bedrooms on one side and another bathroom for the 3rd bedroom the other side. Well suited for family or group up to 6 people. Large yard. It is on the main road but set well back so not a noise problem.

A truely wonderful airy property within easy access to town and Muri beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The villa met all our needs, and it was great to hear the sea at night (right on the beach). An added bonus were the local visiting animals (chickens and dog). We loved our stay at Sea Spray

We loved our stay at Sea Spray. Our three kids fell in love with the dogs, cats and chickens in the area. We loved hearing the ocean all the time and having our own space. With kids, I'd recommend a car rental for getting to MurI Beach and town. Would stay again.

Sea spray was a great place to spend our holiday

Sea spray was a great place to spend our holiday. We loved it. The location was great, a short drive to anywhere, but that is the island in general really. A vehicle was definitely necessary. So close to the beach (rocky beach filled with interesting dried coral and quick crabs), we loved watching the sunrise in such a quiet spot. The house itself is well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. Loved the visitor book full of helpful information left by others.

A modern, well appointed, clean and very comfortable bach that is well designed to be airy and cool in hot weather. Located close to the reef with a rocky beach, less than 10 minutes from easy swimming beach at Muri. Excellent cafe across the road. Recommend having a car of scooter for ease of getting around and shopping.

Great home and location 10min to muri 10min to town lots of water stations close by. Home was clean and tidy. Cant swim in the sea coral beach still pretty though and not far from swimming spots. Great coffee cart across the road. Bedroom walls dont connect to sealing...open...at times can be loud if others r socializing...has everything you could need and want..highly recommend this home for a comfy holiday...beautiful big decking!

We chose Seaspray at Matavera as three of our group were returning residents who lived just down the road from1967 to 1972. Unfortunately that house is no longer there but memories of the local area were still had. Seaspray is conveniently located close to Avarua and Muri and the best snorkelling spot at Fruits of Rarotonga. The house is well laid out and comfortable. Had a lovely relaxing holiday despite the cooler weather and rain which limited some of our activities. Thankyou.

House is great!!! They had everything we needed in the house.

House is great!!! They had everything we needed in the house. Very clean, modern and tidy!!! So kind of Dorothea by leaving basic food for us like bread, milk, butter and fruit. House is located on a rocky beach so you cant just wake up and walk to the beach but we had our rental car so it made our life easier and we could just drive 10min and get to a nice beach. Thank u sooo much Dorothea!!

We are regular visitors to Rarotonga.

We are regular visitors to Rarotonga. We have stayed in many houses. Our stay at Seaspray Beach Villa rates as one of the best we have stayed in. We enjoyed the beach view, the close proximity to town and our favourite beaches. The functionality of the house was excellent. It was clean and tidy. Thank you Dorothea.

We loved this house - the design and layout just perfect for this climate.

We loved this house - the design and layout just perfect for this climate. The house is so airy and cool. Everything was immaculate and clean. Going to sleep at night with the waves crashing on the reef was just beautiful. One of the things that was amazing was watching whales breaching just off the beach while sitting on the deck. The only down side was that it was a bit windy, but the beach towels dried quickly! All in all a beautiful place.

We had a lovely time at Seaspray.

We had a lovely time at Seaspray. It's a beautiful house and had plenty of space for our group. High ceilings made it feel very airy and quite comfortable despite the heat during our stay. Lots of chickens and roosters out back. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working so we had to do a bit of hand washing of clothes in the sinks (as you go through lots of clothes when its hot and sticky!) Only other small downside was the water pressure. Really not a major concern though.

Great house! 5 stars actually.

Great house! 5 stars actually. The property is between Avarua and Muri Beach. However: At night it's a bit noisy as the house is close to the main road and neighbours' cats and chicken were pretty loud. Wifi has to be paid separately. All in all we've had a fantastic and great stay at Seaspray Beach Villa. The standard of the house is outstanding!

The property was everything it was described to be.

The property was everything it was described to be. The house is a lovely open, modern plan with a great kitchen and two bathrooms. We were a family of 5 and it suited our needs well. Our only transport was the local bus and walking and we were fine with that, but please note it is away from resorts and town so if you wish to go there frequently you are best to hire scooters or a car. Absolutely loved hearing the ocean and the beach is safe enough for kids to explore rock pools with water shoes.

The property was very clean, the grounds well maintained, the furnishings modern/island. A house built for the tropics, airy and light and surprisingly large for a holiday rental. Very comfortable furniture indoor and outdoor. The location was, as stated, coastal but not a beach and was surprisingly quiet, free from road noise, roosters and barking dogs! Just the very pleasant sound of the waves on the reef. The property contained everything you could possibly need to self cater. Loved it.

We could not of asked for a better place to stay.

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. It was ideal for a family When we got there everything was thoughfully prepared for us. The villa was spacious modern and clean. Beautiful outlook both front and back. You could open the place right up and let the air through. Sitting out on the large deck looking at the view and the sound of the water was relaxing. For us it was just far enough away from the resorts to be private and peaceful. We would recommend it to all.
