Perfect for the Holidays! Located on one of the prettiest streets in Sag Harbor Village, this 1860 Greek Revival residence has been carefully restored, preserving the original architecture and decorative arts elements while incorporating 21st century amenities. Historic features include wide-board pine floors, 4 fireplaces, beautiful period doors and moldings. There is a gracious entrance and staircase, living room, dining room, kitchen with Viking appliances, 4 bedrooms, each with its own bath, TV room and full bath in the lower level along with a laundry room.

Outdoors you'll find serene gardens, gunite 16' x 32' pool, separate pool house with full bath, rear decking and stacked stone walls. Period fencing surrounds the property which is bordered by Village green space to the south. This is a true gem offering a rare opportunity to enjoy the beauty of 19th century architecture and the conveniences one expects for today's lifestyle.

Each bedroom is made with fresh, luxury linen and towels. Master bedroom has a king bed, while the other 3 bedrooms have Queens. Pantry is stocked with essentials.

Stunning home, perfect location

Every detail of this home was amazing! Stunning design, beautiful decor, everything could you need and more. The backyard pool area was private and so pretty, the perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon. And the proximity to town was just what we wanted, we loved walking to the coffee shop every morning! By far the nicest home we’ve rented in the Hamptons! We hope to visit again next summer.

Perfection in Sag Harbor

This is a special property, an extraordinarily beautiful and careful renovation has created the perfect home away from home. Christine has thought of every detail for our comfort and enjoyment. She has exquisite taste and while just lovely it is also very comfortable. We loved every minute of our family vacation at this wonderful home. Thank you Christine and Malte !

Truly lovely

As others have said, this historic Sag Harbor house is special. Impeccably decorated, surrounded by greenery, somehow both elegant and cozy -- our family of five (six including a baby) could have easily stayed more than eight days. It's immaculate and well stocked, with a very responsive host. But it is so much more . . . a peaceful and serene oasis within easy walking distance of town. We loved coming back to it after every outing! Hope to return.

Sag harbor Magic

We had the best 8 nights at this beautiful sag harbor home. Immaculately kept and decorated.. a Greek revival home that had been restored so elegantly. Both the garden / pool and the indoors were like your own sanctuary. So so charming. We loved it so much we found it hard to leave. Perfectly located, walking distance from some of the best sag restaurants and shops.. and pretty beaches. We will be back for sure, and hopefully for longer next time.

Gorgeous home in heart of Sag Harbor

Had an amazing week at this beautiful home which was in pristine condition and beautifully appointed throughout. It was like staying in a gorgeous boutique hotel! Lovely pool area in the back with lots of privacy. Convenient walk into town and everything Sag has to offer, but far enough away to have quiet and privacy. Hope to be back next summer!
