This home has been beautifully renovated! Pool is a beautiful, Stocked and ready for all of your post beach days of grilling and relaxing.
There are 3 ocean facing rooms with walk out sliders.
All bedrooms are queen beds.
Linens are a part of your rental.
Interior boasts LVP flooring in the upper and traffic areas. All Kitchen and Bathrooms are renovated. . All furniture is new in 2022, pool (not heated) is sparkling and has room to spread out and enjoy your vacation in style.
Pool is exclusive to this unit.
The pool is not heated.

House couldn't be better! The location is absolutely perfect, right across from the beach. Erick is super easy to work with, communicative, attentive, and genuinely cares. The few minor issues that arose were handled immediately... We are staying here again next year!

Great location

Family vacation with my husband, daughters and grandchildren for a week. The pool was a plus for the kiddos. The house was clean and well stocked. The ocean views were beautiful

Fantastic Beach Home

We had a wonderful beach vacation at this lovely house hosted by Erick. He was quick to respond and extremely courteous. The house is exactly as pictured. The decks were very comfortable for 8 adults to enjoy the breeze and sounds of waves crashing! The kitchen was well appointed, including a blender, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. There is public parking and a beach access at the end of the driveway. Even in late June, it was never crowded on the beach. This was the perfect spot for our couples vacation! We absolutely would rent this house again!

Amazing place to vacation!!!!

My family and I had the most incredible stay at this vrbo beach house with a private pool! It truly deserves a five-star rating and then some. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and location. The location, right by the beach, couldn't have been more perfect. Kids easily could walk to the beach, or we would sit on the balcony to eat and watch the waves. The highlight of this rental was undoubtedly the beautiful pool area. It was like having our own private oasis! It was nice having our own pool that way when everyone was tired from the beach the family would hang by the pool for an awhile before calling it a night. The interior of the house was equally impressive. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of rooms and space to hang out. You can see the beach and waves from the multiple balconies. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. The property was immaculately maintained, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. From the freshly washed towels to the comfortable beds, everything was top-notch. In addition, the owner is very accommodating and you can tell wants you to have a great time. The location was convenient too. We were just a short drive away from restaurants, shops, and the peer to fish, yet the house itself felt like a peaceful retreat.

5 yr old Grandson's 1st Beach Trip!

AWESOME 💘 Beach house ! Only steps to the ocean from the front door. Perfect views on 2nd & 3rd story rooms of the beach. Private Pool is just out the back door which my grandson loved !!! Everything you needed for the beach & pool was already there in the storage room right next to the outdoor heated shower. The pool is private to this unit only , so it was a relaxing quiet time to sit & play by the area. Even though the next unit is close we never experienced any problems with noise or saw anyone. Maybe just a "Hello " in the mornings. The house is very tastefully decorated, not to much decor to be dust collectors. All the decks have wonderful views, front & back with nice sturdy furniture. The inside kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly need for home away from home !!! Even had A cordless Vac , so i kept all the sand vacuumed up !!! YEAH !! Topsail Island itself is a wonderful laid back place. Even with it being the week before school starts back the beach was not crowded. Tons of open space . Just a wonderful salty lil beach town !!! Surf City is 👍 Erick the owner was the best !!! Every message was answered promptly or he called promptly if i ran into a problem. AWESOME 💘 PLACE, AWESOME OWNER 👌 5 🌟 love this place ❤️

Nice stay but…

The host was quick to respond and address any concerns. House was as listed. It is a beautiful property. Close to the beach and convenient to local shops and grocery stores. The downside was that there was a neighbor who was constantly watching my family and sending misinformation about us along with pictures of us outside the property to the host. One instant which was not a big deal. He let me know that we couldn’t be on the dunes. I let him know that we grew up on the beaches and were aware of the dune policy. He then proceeded to send me a pic of my sister and her young daughters sun bathing in their swim suites as “proof”. To say I was livid to know that someone who was blessed to wake up and see another day and instead of enjoying life. Took pictures of my nieces and sister on the beach would be an understatement. Then I was informed that I had a pet in the house but he graciously waived the pet fee since it was a guest. My sister and her family had their own beach house rental that was pet friendly for this very reason and were not staying with us. They only brought their puppy over to meet new family members and were never any closer to the house than the outter part of the driveway and the beach. Other than that the puppy was staying at another property. This experience definitely has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m just glad I didn’t see those messages until the end of my trip. I was there to celebrate my child’s college graduation and seeing those messages any earlier would’ve definitely ruined an important celebration for my family...and I usually don’t leave reviews. But just so you know. If you decided to stay here there will be someone watching your every move.

This property is lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was well appointed for us to cook each night. We would love to come back and stay again! VRBO did not send any instructions before our visit and referred us to the owner for all information. Fortunately Erick was wonderful and responded quickly to all our inquiries.

Family vacation

Location was perfect. Owner was very responsive. Could have been much cleaner, could use some maintenance to the house. Outside shower didn’t work and owner had it fixed immediately. WiFi was spotty. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was very uncomfortable. Pool was wonderful to have.

Beautiful

The property was perfect for myself and family. We had 4 adults and 6 children. 8 year old, 4 x 5 year olds and a 3 year old. The view is beautiful. The pool is big and large patio area for hanging out. The house is updated and very clean. The outside is well kept and taken care. The beach is pretty much beach front. You just walk across the road to the steps for the beach access. Honestly it’s the same amount of steps as the properties that are on the ocean front. We will booking here again 100%. Eric the owner / host was great to deal with. Checking to make sure we were ok and reaching out to communicate of anything we needed to know. Thanks again to Eric for sharing your property with us. You will have a repeated renter from us and everyone we talk to. You will not be disappointed in this property. One more piece of information. The balconies are bigger than they look in the pictures. We hung out on them at night after the kids went to bed. Plenty of room for people.

Loved this house!!

Eric was great to work with! We have been coming to topsail for over 30 years and this is probably one of our favorite houses we have stayed in! The location is perfect! Steps from the beach. The decks are perfect for hanging out looking at the ocean! The private pool is a definite game changer! The bedroom set up worked perfect for our families. We had 3 families plenty of room to spread out and have personal space! Very clean! And the kitchen had all the right things! Can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect location for beach fun

Met up with frienda and family for the week. The house layout is good for gathering and for plenty of separate spaces aa needed. The beach is right there and the pool is perfect for relaxing in private away from the beach. Plenty of local food options and really a quiet area of the beach.

Perfect vacation rental

The home had everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation. The location of the beach was perfect and it was so relaxing to sit on our balconies and watch the ocean. The pool was a big hit with our kids and grandkids. We definitely recommend this location and will hopefully stay there again. Erick was very responsive and easy to work with.

Relaxing! Loved the pool.

We had such a great relaxing time. Wished we had booked more time at the beach house. We couldn’t keep our Grandkids out of the pool. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you we will be booking again soon.
