Thank you for highlighting the home’s great location, pool, elevator and deck seating. We’re glad you enjoyed those features. We do want to clarify several points for future guests. Our listing clearly states that parking is limited to three vehicles, and this was discussed directly with your wife several days before arrival, at which time she confirmed that three parking spaces would work for your group. When your party ultimately brought four vehicles, we offered complimentary parking for the additional vehicle at another property we own. That option was declined, and your group instead chose paid parking across the street, resulting in the $100 charge paid to the town of Surf City, referenced in the review. We were particularly concerned to see the reference to possible mold in the shower, as this concern was never reported to us during your stay. Had it been brought to our attention, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to inspect and address it. After seeing the review, our team inspected the area and was unable to identify evidence of the condition described. The home provides garment steamers rather than traditional irons, as disclosed in our listing. We do appreciate the suggestion regarding shower grab bars and will take that into consideration. As owners, we work very hard to accurately describe our home and its amenities and to be highly responsive when guests need assistance. We believe in addressing concerns promptly whenever we are given the opportunity to do so.
