Detta prisbelönta hus (Master Builders 2008) är lyxigt boende - rymligt, modernt, ljust, soligt och varmt. Dess smakfulla inredning och bekvämligheter ger dig alla bekvämligheter i ett hem med en bach / beachside känsla för det.

Fabulous Waikuku Beach ligger bara 3 minuters promenad bort genom en vacker tallskog. Den patrullerade stranden (endast sommarmånaderna) är också känd för sin surfa. Efter en dopp, skölj av under hettvatten dusch och sjunka i spa-poolen för att värma upp (barn älskar det här!).

Vandrings- och cykelturer är många - från en promenad längs stranden till Ashley River Estuary till en mountainbike rida genom skogen till Waimakariri River.

Besök de populära Waipara vingårdarna bara 15 minuters bilresa norrut, kör in i Christchurch för dagen, eller prova din hand på Pegasus Golf Course.

För kvällsavkoppling kan du njuta av en fridfull njutning i spa-poolen. Titta på stjärnorna ovanför, lyssna på ekos av havet och sätt världen i väntan ett tag!

Waikuku Beach, 25 minuters bilresa från centrala Christchurch och dess internationella flygplats, har en sorglös by atmosfär. Det har en lokal butik, tennisbanor och en lekplats med paddla pool och flyga räv.

Amazing home, far exceeded expectations

Great Accommodations

This property has everything you need at a great location. It was top-notch in cleanliness, things provided, and location. You can't find a better place for your vacation/holiday. Philippa was wonderful to work with-replies to any inquires in a short period of time.

Luxury at Waikuku

Wonderful spacious house, everything you could ask for. Hot tub wasn’t full which was a shame but sitting by the lovely fire made up for it.

Friends for 68 years - our annual catch up.

We felt we were staying at a friends home. It was warm and inviting. We particularly enjoyed the fire. The company of the very friendly family cat added to the atmosphere. Central Christchurch is only 30 minutes away and the beautiful beaches right on the doorstep. We wanted for nothing. Sincere thanks from us.

Our party of 6 stayed for 2 nights.

Our party of 6 stayed for 2 nights. The house is in a quiet community with limited retail or dining facilities. A spectacular beach is 200m from the house; a bird conservation area is 1 km north. The open floor plan offers separate corners to relax in, watch TV, eat and cook. The kitchen is well equipped. Disadvantages were few but included beds that were too soft, a friendly cat that exerted conjugal rights to one bedroom with no door, and a driveway occupied by the owner?s boat and car.

The best holiday house we have ever stayed at

Thank you for the most wonderful stay. We throughly enjoyed our time in your property. It is a delight to the eyes. Every room has a little piece of art that surprised us. The lounge and kitchen area is extremely welcoming. Gorgeous little spaces to get some time away from the kids. The spa was a real hit. Indy is the cutest cat ever. Honestly it was extremely hard to leave and we haven’t stopped telling people they should stay here. Hopefully when we return to see family again this will be available.

Fabulous Family Time

The perfect spot for our family to come together! The home had everything we needed plus and worked well for our two families. Great location to the beach. We didn't want to leave! The booking process was an easy and seamless one.

Amazing holiday

A beautiful property so close to the beach. House has everything you need. We loved opening all the doors and just enjoying the peace and quiet after time on the beach. Soooooo relaxing

A beautiful home with so many different areas to sit and relax in no matter what the weather. Enjoyed all the different tracks in the area and having the beach so close was lovely. Waikuku Beach is a beautiful spot to enjoy and the house has everything you need. We enjoyed a lovely family holiday with teenagers and their friends joining us. Thank you

We had a fantastic holiday. House and location is absolutely superb. House is modern and clean, beach is a 5 minutes walk. Children loved Indy, the cat :) Very peaceful place. Could not be happier!

Beautiful home for a family weekend by the beach

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. Beautiful home with good facilities and within walking distance to the beach. Clear communication from the owner about our stay and easy instructions about checking in and out.

Fantastic beach house

We truly enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious house. It had everything we could possibly need to make our stay relaxing and comfortable, with great spaces for entertaining our family. Nice short walk to the beach, and a terrific spot to come home to after long walks and swimming. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house is lovely - very modern, and everything you need at hand (BBQ etc).

The house is lovely - very modern, and everything you need at hand (BBQ etc). Comfy beds, and three bathrooms was great for three couples. My only recommendation/constructive feedback would be that maybe the freezer needs to be empty next time - we needed somewhere to put ice, and the freezer was chocka with meat. It wasn't a problem, as we had a small blow up pool, which we put ice in outside, but just something to consider. Would definitely stay again and I will recommend to others :)
