Fly från staden till denna härliga mysiga stuga i Leithfield Beach. 35 minuters bilresa från Palms / Northlands, Christchurch.
Mycket privat stuga / trädgård med utsikt över landet.
Gå över vägen till stranden eller ner till Pukeko Junction café för ditt morgonkaffe. Fler kaféer och restauranger ligger en kort bilresa bort i Amberley. Lite längre fram till Waipara och vingårdarna. På kvällen kan du koppla av i trädgården och elda upp grillen eller gå ner till den närliggande Leithfield Pub.
Rymmer upp till sex gäster. Layout är ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, solrum med bäddsoffa och ytterligare en bäddsoffa i loungen. Ytterligare två enkelskummadrasser finns tillgängliga för att kyla ner på golvet
Ta med sängkläder och handdukar. Linne och handdukar finns tillgängliga för dig att använda, så länge de tvättas och får torka. Om du inte vill tvätta dig, lämna 20 dollar i gästboken så tar jag tvätt.
Barnvänlig som sektion är helt inhägnad. En port-a-barnsäng och barnstol finns tillgängliga. Barn under 5 år gratis.

The cottage was very cosy. When the fire was on it was lovely and warm. Well stocked with items and it was very clean. The garden was lovely. Very nice in the winter, would be fantastic in the summer

Cozy house

We stayed for 4 night, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty or room. Fireplace was fantastic. House was warm. Kitchen had everything. Did day trips to wine region and Hanmer Springs.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Easy to find and access with fantastic friendly communication. House was clean and tidy, warm and comfortable, and well setup with everything needed for a relaxing break away. Easy access to beach. Friendly locals. Close drive to Amberley for supermarket, cafe, etc. Thanks for making our long weekend getaway so relaxing and stressfree!

Great location for wine

This place is so warm, really comfy beds and a perfect location if you're checking out the local wineries. Cute little botique shop close by and a forest work was very interesting. It was really nice waking up to Bell Birds singing and the waves of the beach crashing in the distance. Although I was there for a girls weekend, the place was well set up for children and families. Would reccomend this cute little cottage

Great place to stay and has everything you need. Lovely gardens and private outside area . Only short walk to beach and playground too which is a bonus .

Fabulous property

We arrived to a warm welcome from Anne, there were 4 adults and one 2yo staying. The yard is great for children, lots of room to run around in and fully fenced, although our 2yo soon worked out how to open the gate . Lovely outdoor to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Only thing I would say is the mattresses could do with an update or at least turning as not the most comfortable beds or pillows. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when back that way.

We had a wedding and family nearby so stayed in this beautiful cottage, in a great location. Day trips to Lyttleton, Christchurch, Hamner etc. Cottage has everything you need.

Slice of Paradise

When you are greeted with bellbird song you know you have arrived at a special place. With impressive gardens, rural vistas and a great wee fire, we were set for a peaceful break from the city. Anne is an incredible host who presents an immaculate property. Thank you for a magical stay!

Easter Weekend Away

Cozy place in a nice location. The gardens are lovely and well maintained, and the house backs onto a field with grazing cattle. Lots of Birdlife visiting the garden. Fireplace was really nice on the cold evenings.

Quiet retreat

We found the house comfortable, warm & quiet. We were somewhat disappointed that we had only booked it for 3 nights. The beach wasn't quiet what I'd expected but I'm not a swimmer so it didn't put me off.
