Ett varmt, modernt fritidshus med expansiv utsikt över staden och havet. Privat, tyst, men ändå centralt. Det är lätt att koppla av i hemmet och omgivningen. Paihia stad är en 6 min promenad till restauranger, stränder och bekvämligheter. Inga parkering krångel! Det finns hela dagen sol. Den rymliga öppna planlösningen gör bra inomhus / utomhusflöde som kök, matsal och lounge leder till två utomhus soliga däck med fantastisk utsikt, utemöbler och grill. Hemmet är familjevänligt. Det stora sovrummet har ett eget och eget däck med stor privat havsutsikt från sängen! Det finns kvalitetsmöbler överallt. Det har ett välutrustat kök och saker du kan förvänta dig som ett TV / hemunderhållningssystem, internet, DVD, böcker och spel. Det finns ett dubbelgarage med intern ingång och säker vägkörning mittemot hemmet. Om du har en båt finns det billigt, säkert båtförvaring i närheten.

We had a great stay in this clean and comfortable house.Sitting in the chairs on the deck overlooking Paihia with a cup of drink was really relaxing!We enjoyed every minute of it!!

Lovely views with spacious living area

Enjoyed our stay at Sunny Spacious Seaview Stunner. The views of the Paihia harbour were beautiful, the house was clean and had all the kitchen and laundry equipment needed. The only downside was the bunk beds made noises when anyone moved. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed the views and the convenient location. We liked that their was plenty of room, lots of towels, and nice cotton bedding. We appreciated the high level of cleanliness, the aircon and the two bathrooms. We loved the atmosphere of Waitangi Day, and relaxing in the sea and sun.

Ladies 60th Birthday Celebration Trip

We loved the views from the accommodation and how accessible it was to the township of Piahia. We walked everywhere although we had our own transport. Two things to bear in mind the return walk to the house is very steep but a great workout after the extra bit of cake. The driveway was a tight squeeze for our hired Kia Carnival. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, games and DVDs. DDefinitely would stay againtigh

Brett Gilmore är värd

Karen and I live in the home when we are not caravan camping or travelling overseas. A fall off a horse a few years back luckily left me with a second chance at life. This helped force me to live more in the present and be grateful for what we have. Now I work less and spend more time trying to improve the environment.

We like the feel of this small town. The tourists help give it a holiday feel and because of the visitors, we have lots more restaurants and other shops that we otherwise wouldn't have.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We bought our home because it is sunny, spacious and has great views. It has a relaxing feel, like I am permanently on holiday, even though I am not. I love all the decks. Also, it's secluded yet it is a short walk to go to the beach, restaurants, shops and ferry.
