Perfect location for a family trip to the beach!

We had a great stay here! Celebrated my 30th birthday and my dad’s 60th birthday. We went to the beach for a few days and played golf one day.

Quaint neighborhood next to everything you need

The house is in the back of a neighborhood with the pool only being only footsteps away. All of the beds are super comfortable and the house itself is adorable! The shed in the back has all the things you need for the beach. There is a little coffee/ snack shop at the entrance, the kids loved their popsicles! We loaded up the golf cart every morning for a quick drive to the beach. There is parking for 3 carts right at the entrance or you can just go down across the street for more parking, we never had a problem. The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to the hub. Allys beach and rosemary are also super close and the bike path makes it accessible for morning walks. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Also, communicating with Panhandle getaways was easy and quick

Wonderful family and friends week

We come to 30A 3-4 times a year and will for sure be back to this home. We have stayed at a couple in this neighborhood and very much so enjoyed being at the back of the neighborhood with the bigger pool so close by. The golf cart makes the beach drive less than 5 minutes and super simple. We don’t have to move the car all week. There as also plenty of room for both families and the bunk room was very roomy for the teens! We had a cupped little things like the WiFi and a vent leak from a big storm and the management company was very fast to respond and resolve the issue. Turns out a big or had backed over the wifi box. They gave us another wifi to connect to for the day it was out and then it was repaired. Very clean and lots of beach stuff so you don’t have to pack extra!

Amazing Girls Trip!

This was our third stay in this community and by far Sel La Vie was our the best experience! House was extremely clean and beautiful and the golf cart was such a wonderful added bonus. Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be back!

Best week in the BEST house!

Wow! What a fantastic home with every single thing we needed for a perfect, comfortable week on 30A. This house is extremely clean, spacious, well-equipped and even better than we hoped for. The location is just perfect. Communication was fantastic and we had zero issues. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this gorgeous home. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

Excellent property and location!!

We have been coming to 30A for many years to vacation. This property was one of our favorites! We loved it's central location convenient to all out favorite spots. The gold cart is a HUGE plus and easy access to the beach. The home was the perfect layout for our family of 5 and could have easily handled more. We will definitely be back!!

Great! Will book again.

Great! Only 1 issue is beach access. We went in Sept so not as crowded as peak season but still pretty full. We were told (by umbrella set up guy) you only have 8’ from the stairs. So we walked left about 20 yards and set up. No big deal! The app is helpful for all the codes, door code, beach entry code, pool code. Overall awesome!

Perfect area

The house was dope and so was the neighborhood. House is practically brand new and so nice. Community was quant and the pool was amazing. Golf cart was a must-have due to the distance to the beach (about a 2 minute drive). Beach access was easy to get to, but not many places to park the cart.

False Advertisement!!!

We loved the location of the house and it was decorated nicely, however, the floors were dirty. The biggest issue we had was with the false advertisement. On the listing it says “free golf” (one free round per day starting March 1)! This is one of the main reasons we booked this house. Apparently the golf course is closed due to renovations so we were not able to play. It’s also not located close to the house for those who might be interested in playing golf once it opens back up. When we called to discuss this with the property manager they were rude and did not offer any compensation or try to make it right. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Absolutely Wonderful Property - Must Stay!

You can’t ask for much more in a vacation rental. Everything in this home was well thought out from the large screened in porch to the bedrooms and common areas. We comfortably fit 2 families in this space with plenty of room for more. The property is at the back of the community (which was nice and quiet) and only a few homes away from the community pool. Don’t be fooled with only a few reviews of this property. It is everything and more you would hope to have in your vacation property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic stay! The house was super clean and very comfortable! It was steps away from the community pool and a grass area where my kids played. The golf cart was nice to take to the beach as the house is at the back of the neighborhood (which made it quiet). The screened in porch was nice for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night! Would definitely stay there again!!
