En perfekt lysande Bach, med fantastiskt inomhus utomhusflöde till expansivt däck för underhållning. Erbjuder allt du behöver för att njuta och koppla av medan du har den ultimata Kiwi Holiday på stranden.
Vakna upp till ljudet från vågorna kraschar, äta frukost på däck och koppla av medan du har utsikt över den vackra vita sandstranden, surfa och sanddyner utanför dörren. Luktar och känn havbrisen och njut av den oavbrutna och omfattande havsutsikten med utsikt mot Motiti, tallriken och valöarna.

Extra rymligt boende med bra storlek sovrum och öppen spis för kallare kvällar vid stranden.
Väl utformad för att maximera den natursköna vista med sina höga topptak inklusive tak till golvfönster som ger utrymme, ljus och en känsla av lugn.

Fånga soluppgången på morgonen och beundra de vackra solnedgångarna med utsikt över mynningen, med en stor balkong som tillåter utomhusliv utan nord- eller västvinden.
Fastigheten ligger i ett stort avsnitt, intill en reserv, och bekvämt mittemot dagbok och Takeaways, och The Hippi Pipi Bar and Restaurant för att äta ute och levande underhållning.

Det är bara en 10 minuters bilresa till Te Puke Golf Club eller 15 minuter till Te Puke centrum, 30 minuter till Mt. Maunganui och Tauranga eller 40 minuter till Rotorua - längs utmärkta vägar. Om du behöver tanka båten är bensinstationen bara 5 minuter bort.

Incheckningstiden är 15:00 och utcheckningstiden är 10:00.

The bbq is awful and only 1 burner works and really weak even though gas bottle was full. Where the laundry??? And needs doors to 2 bedrooms. Location perfect size perfect

AMAZING

Just wow! We had an the BEST time! Superb location right on the beach. We are a family of 2 adults and 3 late teen/adult children. We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and did not want to leave. We swam, watched sunrises and sunsets, had breakfast, lunch, dinner out on the big deck overlooking the sea, and just enjoyed being there together. The house provided perfect accommodation, with enough room to spread out and have our own space when needed. It had the feeling of being at the beach bach but with a luxury feel with all the mod cons and appliances. Had everything we needed and then some! The perfect getaway for a family. Exactly what we needed before all went our separate ways again. We will definitely be booking again.

The best holiday place we have stayed at. Right on the beach with easy access. Everything clean and well presented inside. Would recommend the bach. We want to return next year.

Great location

The location of the house is stunning with sea views. House itself is quite dated as expected from the photos and other reviews but some minor improvements could make a big difference e.g. the bed frame in one of the bedrooms was rusty. Overall mostly fine and comfortable, there were a couple of things we found annoying that weren’t clear in the description e.g. there are no doors on two of the bedrooms. Given that they are basically off the living room it’s an issue if people want to go to bed at different times. Also the deck was awesome to chill on but the back of the house is right next to the public park and there is no fence etc, so people in the park can easily see you when you’re on the deck. Some more privacy would be nice. Overall a nice house and fab location but given the price assumed some of the finishing touches would be done a bit better.

Our stay here was absolute bliss and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit.

This property met all our expectations the weather wasn't great but with a view like that who could complain movies by the fire was blissful. We enjoyed our stay, if there was a washer and dryer I would have washed the tea towels and towels,linen provided, would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay

Fishing was good. Bottom room a bit of a musty smell, should air it out before entry, bathroom a bit dated, overall lovely location but felt it was overpriced compared to other more modern beachfront I've stayed in at Pukehina.

Great location, tired house

The location is fabulous however the house is very tired and needs work. Specially considering the rates charged. Broken chairs, window, light, no doors in two of the bedrooms and we run out of hot water on day 2.
